"I?m fairly certain the health department needs to give you guys a visit. I?m still confused on how one piece of this made it on my sandwich let alone all of it. I ordered a NY steamer which came to over $13 and this is what my pastrami looked like. At least 80% of it is fat. It feels like pure rubber and is impossible to eat. I didn?t even get an apology from staff while getting my money refunded. Worst meal and service I?ve ever had. EDIT: Anna thanks for your response. Yes the sandwich is alarming, I will never eat firehouse again. Would you eat at a place that served something like that to you? What a joke."

I really wish they would change their hours if they no longer want to be open for lunch. The first two times I thought it was a fuke, but it was 2 or 3 weeks and they were closed at noon

We had a Cuban and a Philly cheese steak. These $5 sandwiches were very good as long as you aren't too hungry. Friendly service, but took about 10 minutes with no one else in front of us. Voir le carte

We tried a Cuban sandwich and a Philly cheesesteak. These $5 sandwiches were quite tasty, but they're not very filling if you're really hungry. The service was friendly, but it took about 10 minutes to get our order, despite there being no one in line ahead of us.

The food as incredible! The service was what you'd expect at a sandwich shop. They were friendly and efficient enough. The atmosphere was light and airy. They definitely took the theme and ran with it. My only issue was that they missed 4 of the toppings on my sub and 2 toppings on another from my online order. To be fair, they were training new people. They offered to replace the subs but I had already made it back to work.
