Firehouse Subs Lake Joy

I had a mobile order for 17:20. The staff laughed and played behind the counter and of course my mobile order was not ready?. I have to wait 10 minutes. Kinda defeats the whole purpose of a mobile order.

I have the Takeout Cajun chicken and it was really Blande. No taste. They didn't give Jalapenos and not much Cajun season, if at all. The bread was not even roasted a little. I was disappointed. The underworld of my wife was okay, she said. I'm a regular customer.

The food here is fantastic, and the quality is top-notch. The location is spotless and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. I truly appreciate the delicious food, cleanliness, and the warm, helpful service. I highly recommend this place! Voir le carte

The sandwiches were delicious, as always. The staff was really friendly and our large order was entirely correct. The only issue I had was that the food was not ready for pick-up at the time it was scheduled for. As I was waiting, it was clear that drive-thru takes precedence over customers inside the store, even with an online order ahead of time.

BY FAR the best Firehouse I?ve been to (and in the USA)! Gregg was the most helpful cashier I?ve ever encountered at any place I?ve ever been to! He suggested me some options on my first visit and oh my god they were the best subs ever. This literally blows the competition (or lack thereof) away! Would give this place 5 stars if Google would let me! ?

Never, ever! If they forget to put a sub in your bag in the drive through and your return to retrieve the missing sub, and you have the receipt, but don?t have the bag in the car with you, they will call you a liar because you don't have evidence for their fault. You will turn off all your future business. $6.99 Sub and the manager will use four letters words to highlight this point. Voir le carte

While the subs are delicious, when you request and pay for double meat, that's what you should receive—not the same sub you would have gotten if you hadn't asked for extra meat. It seems to depend on who's preparing your sub. I've received the double meat I paid for in the past, but lately, it seems like the quality has declined. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I spend my money at this place.

What can you say? You STILL do not open the lobby, even if any other firehouse has in the area, so it is very aggravating to do an online order because instead of just going and grab your order need You now wait 10-15 minutes in the line in the drive thru completely defeat the purpose of an order before system. Staff constantly make order mistakes if there are enough staff for them to keep the shop open as they should. Between this business and that on Russell the district manager should be embarrassed.

What can be said? They STILL do not open the lobby even when every other firehouse in the area has, making it very aggravating to do an online order because instead of just walking in and grabbing your order you now have to wait 10-15 minutes in line inthe drive thru completely defeating the purpose of an order ahead system.
