Firehouse Subs Surprise Village

I had tuna with onion on white bread. The little bit of tuna I had was more like a thin spread like u would do for maynaise. Three medium sandwiches for around $34 chips and drink are extra which is usual at firehouse so we didn’t add that. The price to get a sub any more is just asinine.Too much money for mediocre.

it was quite late lunch so almost empty I got a middle steamer it was delicious, but the meat was cold in the middle it seemed as if they had not cleaned themselves off the lunch break. not very encouraging cuz covid goes around yet. for the millionth time also the sitting area in the free was still covered in dust and left in the

we always have a pleasant experience when we come to this firehouse substitution! great eating, cheerful, friendly staff and a clean and comfortable place to eat both inside and outside! the owner has greeted us several times and has even plagued us over motorcycles when saving a few moments. we love what this company stands for and will continue to support this restaurant. We stopped in here for lunch and where very pleased with the food and service . We had never been there before and only stumbled on the place after entering the parking lot to go to another store. We had a turkey sub and the bread was very fresh an so we'reall the ingredients. The staff helped us with our order as we had a few things we wanted on our sandwich. A great place to havea great sub.

Despite the negative comments from someone who seemed to have ulterior motives, this restaurant is fantastic! It's clean—much cleaner than a nearby place that has dust bunnies and some questionable secrets. They truly give back to the community. The staff is always friendly and cheerful, clearly treated well by the big "ex-firefighter" owner. The drink station was tidy until one person rushed in for a quick drink and left a mess behind. This is the largest restaurant in Surprise! The sandwiches are made with great care, and the staff is both friendly and efficient. The owner is truly remarkable; he does so much for the community and mentors the young people who work for him. Although I don’t live in Surprise, I always make it a point to stop by, grab a sandwich, and appreciate the cleanliness and attention to detail that the owner and his employees maintain. Places like this are rare and deserve every bit of a five-star rating. Well done, Ed! Thank you for your dedication to your staff, your food, and the community!

This is the greatest restaurant in Surprise! The sandwiches are all made with care, the staff is friendly and efficient. And the owner... my God what an amazing human being. He does so much for the community and mentors the young kids he has working for him. I dont live in Surprise but when I am there I always stop in, grab a sammy and enjoy the cleanliness and attention to detail that the owner and all his staff adhere to. I also have a small team of three who enjoy buying lunch from here a few times a month, but after this incident, I won’t be coming back. Additionally, I noticed that the restaurant is quite dirty. The drink station was sticky, and all the dispensers were filthy. First impressions matter, and the glass door, which looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages, is unacceptable. It’s not a pleasant experience to touch it. A clean environment is essential for feeling safe when dining, but it seems the owner is more concerned about a cup of ice than maintaining cleanliness. While the female manager is nice, it’s clear that cleaning responsibilities need to be better organized. I’m really disappoint... Voir le carte
