"Today in Charlie to order a dinner. The lady working on the front counter was helpful, but the food was terrible. I ordered a ham and mushroom Calzone and a lasagna with sausage. When I came home, I opened the packages and to my surprise there are no mushrooms in the calzone and my lasagna was a container of juicy linguine with two sad pieces of mushy eggplant on it. I called the restaurant to make her nice to know that there was a mistake in the order and instead of offering it to make it right, the answer was I know that I wrote it right. There was no offer to make it right or so I ended the call. I will not get here because of the lack of customer service and the inability to get an order right. Also the calzone was basically just a burned piece of dough filled with a bunch of cheese. For over $30, I expect a real order. I will never go back there again and I recommend that others follow me."

"I visited this restaurant on a Friday night with the hope of enjoying some sundaes, and I must say they were quite delicious. However, I have to deduct points for the service. Unfortunately, we were not greeted upon arrival, and the staff didn’t appear particularly enthusiastic about being there. This was further evidenced by the fact that customers arriving at 8:54 p.m. were turned away, even though the posted closing time was 9:00. It’s worth mentioning that these customers were simply looking to order ice cream, which usually takes only a few minutes to prepare. So, if you're thinking of stopping by for ice cream, be mindful that they might close earlier than expected."

"We had stopped coming to this place last year because the food quality had declined but decided today to give another try based on recent reviews. The good news is the food is good again! Bad news is the service is still terrible. The servers are young and inexperienced which isn't their fault, of course. It is evident that the management has put zero into training in the basics, however. We waited 30 minutes with empty glasses of water after placing our order. Literally had to grab the server as he was chatting up another table to remind him we had ordered wine. I was brought the wrong entree which prompted a conversation by two servers looming on each side of me about what to do while someone else's entree cooled in front of me. Asked for a to go box which was plopped unceremoniously on the table. Pro tip; servers should take the remainder to the kitchen and pack your to go container. While fumbling with the to go, I accidentally knocked over and shattered the empty wine glass (no offer ever to refill during the meal) no one, including hosts or servers present, offered to help as I picked up glass shards from the table and floor. Everyone kept their gaze firmly on the floor in front of their feet. Finally, as we left with my elderly mother and another patron using a walker in front of us, not one single employee thought to get the door for us much less thank us for our business. The kitchen is still super slow. Our Cheeseburger was good but not cooked to the requested temperature. The place is way too noisy for comfort. Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible"

"for the early Sunday breakfast one was looking for a diner or similar that was not a good idea for the work in the city. this was the best option and could not be more satisfied! eating was solid, home cooking type, with a lot of local people who seemed to be faithfully mozens. in our experience the service was excellent, super friendly and appealing! if you want to have fun, these places are on the road, but if you want a solid, friendly breakfast, it would be hard to hit this place!"

"I needed soup due to not feeling well. My husband was so kind to find the soup I wanted on line which was sold at Top China. I don?t normally eat Chinese carry out. I was desperate so he used Door Dash to order food. I got soup (Chicken noodle and Vegetable). We also ordered Shrimp Egg Fu Young. Amazing!!!???? Tasted really good like the Chinese food I used to eat when I was young. It?s hard to find good Chinese restaurants in our area. I was pleasantly surprised. I"
