Fuji Mountain - Carte

Had the steak and scallop combo...the scallops didn't taste fresh and tasted a little rubbery. I felt like the protein portions should have been more.

Best part of this place was the service but overall wasn't a good place when it came to food quality. Portions are humongous so, share the plate! This is a wannabe Benihana's that knows it can't get to their level.

They were super nice. We showed up 1 hour before closing with a party of 15. They served us with a smile and didn't make us feel rushed, even though we didn't finish for 10 or 15 minutes after they were closed. Food was delicious. Voir le carte

Overall just not good. The steak was over cooked and extremely fatty. I asked for sauce on the side and instead they drowned everything in it. Also ordered fried rice and did not receive that. The quality of the food and what we received was not worth the price

Im so confused by these reviews- we almost chose not to come! I’m SO Glad we did. The food was cooked perfectly. We had sushi and hibachi. Our chef was fun for our kids, quick and friendly. Our server, Avery, was so upbeat and efficient. We are only visiting, but will come back when in town.

This place is trash, we were short two rolls and when we brought the receipt they told us to “take a picture or it didn’t happen”Don’t eat here seriously it’s a massive rip off. If a customer tells you they didn’t receive an item and you travel all the way there with a receipt you give them the missing item. Avoid unless you want a rip off Voir le carte

We were concerned about how dark the inside of this restaurant was when we walked in. It was after lunch, and the place was empty. We ordered some Sushi, but it was not very good (razor-thin layer of fish with a lot of rice). My son ordered Panang Curry , and after a few bites, he found found a worm in his food. We stopped eating immediately with disappointment and in total shock.What a disgusting place!

We’ve been here before so we decided to come back for some hibachi. The host was extremely rude, gave us attitude when we asked questions and slammed a pencil on our menus when we were sitting down. Since we went last, they changed the menu to NOT include fried rice with the hibachi. They want you to pay $2.95 extra for something that traditionally comes with the meal FOR FREE. We got up and walked out. Scamming with a side of rudeness, no thanks!

Fuji Mountain has become one of our Favorite Restaurants here in Monument Colorado. They are great for many occasions, we had family in town for the holiday and loved the Chef making fresh stir fry right in front of you. They are fun and entertaining. I love the interactive time you have with their local chefs.
