We often stop at this Genghis Grill on our road trips between DFW and Kansas. We love the concept of the restaurant, but we have been somewhat disappointed with their management and service since our last visit.

SO GOOD!!!!. I have been to Genghis Grill many times and Everytime I have absolutely loved it and I also love on your Birthday you get a free bowl this place is so amazing, good food, good service, just amazing I would recommend Genghis Grill to everyone I know. Voir le carte

This place has an entire staff of people who could care less about their patrons, or even safety protocols. Food mixed between containers, no one cleaning or checking behind patrons, absolute lack of professionalism. Tasted good though.... Hope I don't get sick.

I absolutely love Genghis Grill! The selection of meats and vegetables is fantastic, and I enjoy customizing my dish with my favorite seasonings on their flat-top grill. I can make it just the way I like it! The place is clean, the service is excellent, and their drinks are amazing!

The area where you order food was a complete mess, and the employees seemed indifferent. I could understand if the place was busy, but there was only one other couple dining when we got there. Given the disorganization at the front, I can only imagine how chaotic the food preparation area must be. Because of this, I won't be returning to eat here. Voir le carte

I ate at Genghis Gril for the first time last month. I love love loved it. Fun experience. I want to eat there for my family bday dinner. The only bad was that I had ordered a drink from the bar and they didnt make it right, so I had them make it again. They red head waitress that made it had a go to hellattitude afterwards and gave me a couple of dirty looks.

We just moved out here and remembered how good Genghis was the few times we had it in Texas, so we decided to grab some dinner here last week. I typically like do positive reviews but unfortunately our experience here is the worst experience we have ever had at a restaurant. I?m not complaining about the service but food tasted horrible, very low quality. The patron area was unclean with no one behind to help out with any service. Our bill was around $75 dollars for two adult and two kids. We could have had a much nicer dinner for this price at a hibachi or steakhouse.

Crowded Layout. Genghis would probably be a great place if it was designed better. Small tables packed close together run right next to where the line forms for the buffet. The claustrophobic feeling that generates aside, the all-you-can-eat option isn't a very good choice during dinner hours, as it takes nearly 15 minutes in the buffet line to get through, then another 10 for your bowl to be cooked. At nearly a half-hour per plate, half of that time which is spent not enjoying time with your party at a table, this definitely is not somewhere to go with friends you wish to catch up with, but maybe instead a blind date you need escape options from.
