We have made two trips to San Fran and have found our way to this place 4 times....yes...it is that good!! Soup Dumplings are amazing and their hand pulled noodles are to die for. Not the flashiest place but, man they make great food!! Skip the other places and go here!!

Great small restaurant I see a lot of reviews about the staff but they truly do the best they could with the amount of customers they get! Very great authentic food that came out really quickly. Been searching for a dumpling/noodle spot in SF and this is it! Food is great for the value as well.

The restaurant is small, seats 36. No outdoor seating.The lady that helped us didn't speak much but took care of us.The food came out quickly, within 15 minutes. We ordered the pork dumplings with chili sauce, pork and cabbage dumplings, and also shared won ton soup and egg soup. It fed 2 adults 2 teenagers and a kid. So delicious!!!! Amazing dumplings! I got 6 chicken and 6 vegetable. Orders come in 12 but I asked to split so I could try two different kinds.My order came out quick and the dumplings were hot and fresh. Total was $14 after tax. Chicken was my favorite of the two.The inside is small and looks like someone’s kitchen. Nothing fancy. There are about 8 tables or so. They have a bathroom for customer use.Staff was super nice and I was able to pay with card.

The beef noodle soup is so good here! The broth is very flavorful and the braised beef is tender. I would want more vegetables in the soup, but the portion is still very filling. Dumplings are also good here. Service is fine and quick. Ambiance is very casual. I would give five stars but sometimes it's very hard to sit inside the restaurant because of the random noises (ex. A random automated female voice saying the same thing everything minute or so in Japanese like an alarm or commercial? . I don't mind loud restaurant noises like cooking and dishes, but these noises are like a very loud television or alarm. I've eaten here more than once and will definitely come back. The service is weak here.. there was others here that had to get their attention to get the check and they even forgot to give the customers a pen or would ask them what they ordered so he can add it up in his head.He put on his rubber gloves to take out the trash and pulled it next to us while we were eating and then gave us water with the same used gloves. The food was good though and I didn't get sick. But he should work on his cleanliness and service. The place is small, good for small groups of 4 and under, we had a baby stroller and it was really tight quarters. I don't recommend going there with a stroller.
