A very nice restaurant and the service was great. My pizza came out fast and was excellent. I will definitely go back there next time I'm traveling through.

Delicious meal and cocktail with prompt service. Had a lovely Old Fashioned to start. Wonderful French onion soup with crusty bread next. Pesto linguine and fettuccine Alfredo were our main courses. Exceptional oh, and the bill? 40$

A great place to eat. The service was wonderful. I had the chicken ceasear salad it was wonderful. Very fresh. Chicken was tender and good . Love the atmosphere! The fried chicken salad was good too. Would definitely come back to here next time in town. I highly recommend it. Lots of locals in the restaurant so you know it's good.

Everything we had was top notch! Homemade pasta an added bonus! We also had a ribeye steak....that was delicious and had that slightly grilled char flavor! The house salad dressing was very flavorful. I would definitely come back when we are in the area. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean with a cozy ambiance. We went for the weekend and were told this was the only restraunt open in the area for dinner. We went and were sat right away. The service was fantastic. The entrees we ordered were not awesome. I ordered the chicken parmesan and the BF ordered some shrimp pasta dish but was informed they had run out of shrimp. The pasta for both of us was super bland and my chicken was incredibly salty. The winner in the dinner though was the croutons on the salad. Often times croutons are forgettable, but in this instance they were fantastic! I would go here again and ask for extra croutons for sure!

During our vacation in northern Wisconsin, my wife and I decided to try out Iron Nugget, a restaurant recommended by the hotel front desk. Despite a 30 minute wait on a Monday night, we were pleasantly surprised to be seated within 20 minutes. Our waiter was friendly and efficient, serving our drinks, salads, and bread promptly. Our entrees arrived in a timely manner and were delicious. I enjoyed the steak salad, while my wife had the chicken Alfredo pasta, which she found to be excellent. Big fan of the Iron Nugget! It's a true family business, and it shows. Have eaten here dozens of times over the last 40 years since I was a kid, and it was called Windjammer. (Was owned back then by the grandmother of the current owner). Now my wife and I always plan 1 of our dinners here whenever we are in town. The Gnocchi Salsiccia and Rustica are made fresh from scratch daily, and are 2nd to none, anywhere! Great sauces, fresh salads, and a delicious house-made ranch.
