Horrible to pick doordash orders up from. Stood there for 25mins without anyone coming to even ask if I needed seated or to pick up food. Wouldn't recommend. Service: 1 Voir le carte

I would love to review their food, but we couldn 't get that far. Only two tables had diners at them, the girl was standing around doing nothing, looked us right in the eyes, said I 'll be right with you and ran to the back never to be seen again (we waited five minutes). So we left.

Food is incredible, the staff is so nice and helpful. Be prepared to stay for hours. I had the displeasure to visit this place on Thursday Sept 28th. They had 2 couples prior to my entrance with one already eating. It took over an hour for me to get my ribeye (8 min cook) with my side pasta. Food was serviceable even if the pasta was a bit lacking. After apologizing for the long wait they offered me a free desert (as if I wanted to spend MORE time there). Overall tons of waste of food in portions and a problem with turning over their tables. Every time I visit this restaurant, the service leaves much to be desired. On a recent Friday night at 8:15, I noticed five tables that hadn't been cleared. I stood by the entrance for 15 minutes without anyone coming out to seat us. When someone finally did appear, they informed us that they weren't seating any more customers. This marks the third disappointing experience I've had here. We're heading to Olive Garden instead! It's unfortunate because I really want to support local businesses, especially since I used to own one myself. Food rating: 4.

This place has really gone downhill. Went there this evening to have the buffet that was to be ready at 5pm. After sitting there for 20 minutes and no buffet, the waitress comes to say that they had a very big to go order that they didn't know they had, and they were using all the food that was designated for the buffet for the to go orders and they wouldn't be having the buffet this evening. Why on earth would you not take care of the customers that were inside the restaurant waiting? This was a nice place to eat but I noticed this evening the restaurant could have used some cleaning as well as a better staff! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

We were a party of eight, visiting the restaurant at 5:24 PM on Saturday, November 18, 2023. Three staff members came to assist us, but we ended up waiting to be seated. One staff member turned away and returned to the kitchen, another handed a to-go box to a customer, and a third came out to clean the table that had just been vacated. It was quite disappointing. The place had a generally unpleasant atmosphere. Meanwhile, the Mexican restaurant next door was quite busy, raking in $235 and receiving an $80 tip. It's unfortunate and rather pathetic to see this establishment struggling. With over $400,000 in rent to pay, it’s clear this restaurant is having serious issues. They are in court and...
