"We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered the seafood gumbo, which was supposed to include a Caesar salad and a French baguette. Unfortunately, the Caesar salad arrived without any dressing, and I did not receive the baguette at all. The gumbo itself was lacking both crawfish and crab; I only found a tiny crab claw shell. When I asked the server if the gumbo was supposed to have crab, he told me, "It shouldn’t." After checking the menu again, I confirmed that it indeed listed "crab" as an ingredient. Additionally, the gumbo was excessively salty, and the missing baguette would have helped balance the flavor. Other members of my group also had issues: their sodas were watered down, a medium-well burger came out charred black, and we ordered sweet potato fries but received regular fries instead. Overall, this experience was quite unsatisfactory, and we won't be returning."

I drive 40 minutes just to eat/ drink at this amazing place! Been eating their Mac balls for over 4 years now and when I want to try something new the servers always make the best recommendations!

I visited Jackson about a week ago, and the food was fantastic! They have a new server who is very attentive and friendly. I ordered the fried macaroni and cheese, and it was truly some of the best food I have ever tasted!

I ordered a $40 steak cooked rare, but it arrived medium instead. They noted that it was takeout, but didn’t remember that I picked it up right away. It seems like they might have just kept it in the back for too long without needing to. Voir le carte

Showed up at 7:30p. Ran out of beef burgers (half the menu) and informed us after our order... Sides were served thirty minutes before the main.. . Drinks took twenty minutes to arrive. Just one thing after another.. . We are still waiting for 3/4 of the table to be served.

Hubby and I enjoy date lunches here! Love our bartender and she always recognizes us! I love the change up on the menu, the Mac n Chz balls with tomato bacon jam is the best thing I have ever tasted. Hubby’s favorite meal was taken off the menu recently but that’s okay, he likes trying new things! We bring out of town guests here for a good meal and fun atmosphere! Our kids also love it here! 5 stars for sure!!
