Today, we visited two restaurants in search of vegan pizza. Unfortunately, we were informed at both places that they did not have vegan cheese available.

We had a great time at Jerlando's. The salads were served with a generous amount of dressing on the side, along with olives, cucumbers, radishes, and tomatoes. The arancini was also delicious.

The staff was friendly, courteous and know what vegan means. You could point to the few menu items that could be veganized. No vegan cheese available. Pizza was decent (there is no bad pizza). Salad was easy. Good wine selection. Not quite beautiful. Family friendly. No dress code. You have a pizza shop in the back.

This staff makes the difference!!! If you ask, they will tell you all the options they can do for you to veganize their food. Also, one of the chefs came with a picture of the ingredients of salad dressing just to check if it was vegan with me! I didn't ask him to do this, but he was thoughtful enough to do that! Amazing! I have often been travelling in jerlando to weinland. basic pasta dishes with marinara sauce or garlic oil are vegan. the marinara is very good imo, but the reason I love this place is the garlic knots. I confirmed with the restaurant that they are made with margarine (a man named bill was friendly enough to me a photo of the margarine label as well as the ingredients it 100% vegan without natural milk taste and it is also kosher pareve). make sure they don't ask for a cheese, because they usually care for some as garlands. the garlic nodes alone are worth stopping! updated by the previous review on 2020-06-29 Voir le carte
