I always have a wonderful experience at Jimmy John's. Their sandwiches are fantastic and fairly priced. The lobby is consistently clean and inviting.

I have a gluten allergy, and the staff were extremely attentive. They even offered to change their gloves to ensure there was no risk of cross-contamination. It was a wonderful experience!

I visit this restaurant at least once a week on my way to work, and I never have to worry about being late because they are incredibly fast. They consistently get my order perfect and provide excellent customer service. The food is always fresh, and the ingredients are never mixed up. It's always a great choice for lunch. The food here is excellent, and the staff is friendly, but I was disappointed to see that several employees are not wearing masks. Regardless of vaccination status, employees who interact with customers and handle food during a pandemic should be wearing masks. This has left me feeling incredibly disappointed, and I likely won't return until this location prioritizes customer safety.

First time at this location. Greeted as soon as I walked in the door by everyone working the line. Was a little ahead of the lunch crowd, so no waiting. Ordered and sandwich made fresh in front of me. Ordered a few extra toppings on the side and easily accommodated. As I sat and ate, the lunch rush started, and it got busy. Lots of folks picking up from the order ahead area. Customers who ordered on arrival were in and out within a few minutes. Friendly staff. Clean store. Definitely will stop again.

I had the most incredible service I've ever encountered at a fast-casual restaurant! Our sandwiches were ready before we even had a chance to take our card out of the machine—absolutely impressive. The staff was incredibly friendly, the restaurant was spotless, and the food was as delicious as ever. I would definitely go out of my way to come back to this location solely because the service was that exceptional! I find myself ordering from here almost every other day because my job keeps me too busy to step out. As for the food quality, it's Jimmy John's – you know what to expect there. However, I must highlight how amazing the staff and service are. I’ve literally ordered at noon and had my food arrive by 12:05; it’s impressive! I usually get the same thing every day, so I’m convinced that everyone at the store recognizes my order and starts preparing it as soon as they see my call come in. It's usually just a quick call where I share my card number, and the whole process takes less than a minute. The staff is friendly and consistently excellent all around.

I stopped by for lunch and ordered the Little John Combo for $6.00, adding cheese for an extra dollar, but my total came to $8.89, plus I received a reward sandwich. When I pointed out to the staff that I had been overcharged, they didn’t seem interested in what I had to say and insisted that my bill was correct. There's no way the tax on a $7.00 purchase should be $1.89. While the amount is small, it's really about the principle of the matter. I felt like my regular business didn’t matter to them. My husband and I have been fans of Jimmy John's in Florida for years, but after moving to Acworth, we were really disappointed with the subs at this location. There seems to be hardly any meat on them! My husband even visited another location in Georgia recently and mentioned that they offered a lot more meat there. Unfortunately, it seems like we only get sad little sandwiches at the Acworth store. The last time I went there, which was a while ago, I ordered my sub and sat down to eat.
