What a wonderful experience! I grew up in the Springs and stopped by for dinner during a recent visit. The quality and atmosphere have remained consistently excellent over the years.

Called on a Sunday at 5pm for a to-go order. Was told no, I couldn't place my order (that I would be picking up myself) because they were too busy and to call back in a couple hours. Whoever answered could have said it'll be an hour for my order but was straight up just told no.

This restaurant has been in the same location for as long as I can remember, but I had only visited it once before. Recently, I went there again to celebrate my birthday in June 2024, and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was! I'm not sure why I had lower expectations, but I was truly impressed! Food didn't have the same taste but was OK Srvice was excellent n we were gonna give $100 to waitress but u thought it ok to take my money without asking g do she didn't get the 100 n We won't be back p lus I will tell All 3000 at my church to not go Dietary restrictions: Check for gluten free when it's served as we had to take it back n 1 person wait while ours got cold as we All pray together b4 eating. I had lunch at this restaurant today, and it was fantastic! The host was quick to seat us at a nice booth at the front. Our server was attentive and ensured our drinks were always full while also accommodating our complicated order. I tried the Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas with green chile, and they were delicious. We also shared a cheesecake for dessert, and the strawberry sauce was delightful! The blonde manager came by our table, and she seemed genuinely interested in everyone’s satisfaction. It was clear that the staff cares about their jobs and the diners. Thank you, Joses team!

This place is ok. It's got decent food but I wouldn't say you're missing out if you never go here.The steak quesadilla and complimentary chips+salsa are pretty good, although I have had better from many authentic Mexican restaurants in Colorado. They are pretty generous with the quesadilla serving, the steak wasn't dry unlike a lot of places that cook carne asada, and the tortilla was crispy. The salsa had a nice, strong tomato flavor and was pretty soupy. The chips were really thin.The guacamole was too sweet, although I'm guessing they make it in house so the quality probably varies. The green chile was ok..not terrible but I wouldn't recommend it. It was viscous, not soupy, and there wasn... Voir le carte
