Our dinner at Josephine Estelle was delicious!! A beautiful restaurant with great ambiance. Great customer service from the wait staff!!

Cheese grits had no cheese and the chicken Milanese was way over done and dry. The olive oil cake was nonexistent in a big scoop of ice cream.

Excellent brunch. The service was fantastic. The food, impeccably, prepared and delicious. The jazz from the Shovaly Plus trio was absolutely perfect. Five stars all around.  Voir le carte

There was rarely a host at the host stand. We had a reservation but needed to wait 20 more minutes. It took 20 minutes for our server to greet us. We got our entrees before our appetizer.

Josephine Estelle is my favorite brunch spot in New Orleans. The quality of the food is unmatched and the atmosphere is also quite nice. My go to there is the smoked salmon with poached eggs and a mimosa. This has been a consistent go to of mine forever and I cannot wait to come back!

Courtney was a fantastic waitress. We ordered drinks, an amazing Parmesan brûlée appetizer, chicken, pasta, and amazing desserts. The atmosphere was relaxing and the manager was so attentive. We cannot wait to come back and eat here. The portions were amazing and food was flavorful. From the drinks, atmosphere, and food, I would highly recommend. Voir le carte

We ordered coffee but did not receive spoons. We ordered fired eggs and grits and finally had to go find salt and pepper on our own. We ordered a side of cheese grits to share and had to request a spoon to serve it. The waitress actually had hold of my plate to remove it while I was spooning grits onto it. But the real kicker was the sickly sweet Hollandaise sauce. Hollandaise has no business being sweet. The band was very good and improved our experience.

Wow we made a reservation got there in time and we had to wait at least 10 mins because they didn’t have menus and had to print some. Then once seated table was dirty and the cups on our table were dirty one evening had lipstick on it. Server took long to take care of us and didn’t look like she was having the best day. It was just a bad start to our day in all honesty. We have been getting the best treatment even at Ruby Slipper which is a franchise treated us better than the restaurant at this hotel. We don’t recommend it and the food was just average. Nothing to write home about.

Our aerver Diane was amazing. Peraonally find the manu a bit limited, tuna carpaccio was excellent, oysters were miniature and for sure not expected in NoLa, osobucco was good, good wine selection and options. Fish entree was very well plated (did not taste it) but the star was de cacio e pepe pasta we ordered to share as a side (not available as a side) desserts were ok. The only downside was we ordered some bread (2 orders of tuna carpaccio and not even a little cracker available) and we received 3 slices of a very poor looking oil impregnated bread.. and were told we will be charged for it.. we asked for the manager, saw the guy walking around and not willing to stop and talk… we sent the...
