Kfc - Carte

AWFUL!!!! I'm only giving them 1 star because I have to select one. I stood outside for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order.

This is the worst KFC I've ever visited. I've gotten sick twice from their food, and the chicken tasted burnt. It's simply not a good place to eat.

The chicken was fresh, hot, and incredibly tasty. Mrs. Debra was exceptionally polite, friendly, and kind, and her positive attitude was truly delightful. Voir le carte

The portion of chicken was surprisingly small! I've never encountered such tiny pieces at any store or restaurant before. I've had wing drumettes bigger than the drumsticks we received. On the bright side, the staff were very courteous.

This restaurant could benefit from some updates. It's situated just off Interstate 10, and I imagine it's difficult to find dependable staff. The food was somewhat overcooked and lacked the familiar KFC flavor I usually enjoy; it seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. This restaurant has made remarkable strides since its opening. The staff has shown immense dedication and effort in serving their customers. Every person I interacted with was polite and courteous to my family and friends. It was uplifting to witness the employees enjoying their time together at work, which reassured me that the food would be delightful. A huge thank you to the hardworking team for their commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to their guests.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The chicken sandwich I received was dry and seemed old. When I tried to place my order at the drive-thru, the speaker wasn't functioning, so I drove up to the window. The staff member there told me, "I can hear you, but you can't hear me," without offering any apology for the inconvenience. A simple sign directing customers to pull forward would have been helpful. Overall, the service was terrible, and the sandwich was likely leftover from lunch since it was around 6 PM. I won't be returning.

This was the worst KFC we've ever visited. The drive-thru was empty, but we waited for 15 minutes with no service. When we went inside, we stood for ten minutes before anyone took our order. We were told there would be a 20-minute wait for just one piece of chicken—and it ended up being undercooked! There were only two workers and two customers present. The woman at the counter appeared tired and disheartened, while the guy cooking seemed distracted, lost in his music.
