Everything looked great—there were plenty of condiments on the tables, and they provided forks and everything else we needed.

Be sure to THOROUGHLY check your order (especially if it's a large one) before driving all the way back home. Ordered the 12pc tenders meal, plus the 12pc original recipe meal with the breasts/legs. Both buckets had the breasts&legs, no tenders at all????

The food is tasty, but the prices listed online are outrageous. When you factor in an extra $10 or more in fees, it becomes unreasonable. I don't mind tipping, but I’ve only ordered once, and that was only because I had a $10 discount. For example, charging $3.00 for a chicken thigh is just excessive. Voir le carte

KFC has been a beloved choice for our family for as long as I can recall. However, on my last visit, I ended up spending over $50 for just two orders of 12-piece chicken strips (without any meals). This is chicken, not steak! The recent price hike has made us reconsider, and we’ve decided not to come back.

The staff at KFC are incredibly friendly and attentive. The kitchen, dining area, and restrooms are all spotless. The chicken is absolutely delicious—let's be honest, that's the main reason to visit KFC. Their fried chicken is mouthwatering. Plus, the dining room has a nice atmosphere. The menu is definitely worth exploring!

I've been a customer at this KFC for as long as I can remember, but last week when I ordered a 3-piece chicken meal and a soda through the drive-thru, I was charged $16. They didn’t provide me with a receipt, so I suspect I may have been overcharged. I'm finished with KFC in Nogales; I advise everyone to be cautious, as they might double charge you. Moving forward, I’ll be getting my meals from Church's instead. Voir le carte

After she told me the total, I took out my credit card, and instead of assisting me, she rudely instructed me to place my card on the card reader and refused to touch anything. She wouldn't even hand me my receipt and slammed the window in my face without informing me that my receipt was in the bag. Additionally, they didn’t offer any napkins or anything else. When I requested to speak to the manager, she was just as rude and inconsiderate. She told me to enjoy my meal and slammed the window again. I will never spend my money at this establishment again!

I've always disliked the service here. It always feels like you're being rushed and they always force people to pay and park away from the drive through window. But today took the cake! I told the girl at the window that I wasn't going to move becausethe drive thru was shaded and my mom has lupus so she can't be exposed to strong sunlight. The girl basically told me they hadother customers to tend to and to move. Turns out we could've totally waited by the window as the order came out quickly WHICHIS STRANGE FOR THIS KFC but it was overshadowed by the lack of compassion and the price.

When I told the girl at the window that I wasn't going to move because the drive-thru was shaded and my mom has lupus, which makes her sensitive to strong sunlight, she pretty much told me to move because they had other customers to serve. As it turned out, we could have easily waited at the window since our order arrived quickly—which is unusual for this KFC—but any positive experience was overshadowed by their lack of empathy and the overall pricing.
