"My gf and I have been ordering from here for YEARS! Since back in the day when we both worked at bfs like 6 years or more ago.. and me for years before that. They have always been helpful, friendly, fast, and most importantly.. delicious! I've always been more of a coffee for dessert kind of guy, especially recently 6 dollars plus tip can get pretty expensive if you order several times a day.. am I right? So If I'm not trying to slam back a nuclear amount of go juice to kick start my morning, than I'll usually opt for a tasty 16 oz vanilla Breve when in Rome? But she'll almost always to my knowledge this might be all I've ever seen her order ANYWHERE a watermelon white mocha frap.. and I'll usually *help* her finish it. *I don't want it to go to waste! I don't it or the baristas to feel taken for granted . Come to think of it.. I think her gf recommended it to her from this place and she enjoyed it so much, I believe that's why it's all she orders anywhere . Even if the baristas give her a funny look cuz they aren't used to making such an odd sounding flavored coffee blended ice contraption. It's honestly pretty darned good. But don't take my word for it. Order it from somewhere. Especially if you order it from kindred spirit coffee.. it's embarrassingly overshare-worthy. "

I feel really let down... They didn't understand that I was there because the barista was attentive to my needs, not because I was bothering the other girl.

Excellent customer service! We visited on a Sunday afternoon before a work party, and everyone was pleased with their drinks. The atmosphere was delightful, with lovely conversations in the bright, sunny surroundings.

I ordered a breakfast croissant sandwich, but what I received was a frozen, cold, and soggy sandwich that looked like it had been heated yesterday and then stored in the refrigerator. It was really disappointing. They need to pay more attention to product quality.

It was a Friday night, around 7:02 PM, and I noticed a car in line, so I followed behind it. When I reached the window at about 7:03 PM, the staff saw me but abruptly closed the screen on me. This was incredibly rude. I assume they were closing for the night, but the whole situation was really frustrating.
