Fresh baked and toasted buns and a very traditional spread of mayo and chipotle peppers and thinly sliced tomatoes and avocados which made them both very homemade Tortas Mexicana They also have daily specials of 12 Wings for 8.99 Mondays and .99 12oz draft Modelo and Dos Equis XX Amber Wednesdays and Saturdays and their bucket of Coronita Extra special for 14.99 everyday.This is a hidden East Asheville gem that is right off of I-40 Swannanoa exit and very well liked by the local Hispanic community."

I just ordered takeout from this place and requested no pico. I can't stand the flavor of onions and my burrito is overflowing with pico.

The food at this restaurant was fresh and delicious. The service was friendly and the food came out quickly. I ordered the fajita quesadilla and my husband had a burrito with everything in it. We would definitely return to this restaurant again. Voir le carte

If you don't like the food at La Bamba you should probably stick with Taco Bell. We are new transplants from Los Angeles, and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the MEXICAN food at La Bamaba. If you are looking for American Mexican food you are at the wrong restaurant, but if you want to experience good, authentic Mexican food, look no further.

I used to love this restaurant the first time I dined here, but over the past year, the quality has significantly declined. The tamales have become small, hard rocks and the ACP dish, a classic, was disappointing with overcooked rice and rubbery chicken. The only redeeming quality is the friendly servers. I hope the owner steps in to address the issues with the food quality.
