At 2 PM on a Saturday, there were only two other customers in the restaurant. I waited at the counter for five minutes, but no one came to take my order. My wife and I decided to leave. It's unfortunate for whoever is responsible for taking orders. This experience deserves zero stars!

We arrived today just after 7 PM and ordered three sandwiches. We didn't get any drinks, just some broccoli and a bag of chips as our only sides. Now it's 7:50, and we're still waiting. There are others who arrived before us still waiting as well. I'm not sure what's happening, but this is the slowest and worst service we've ever experienced here. Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner. Unfortunately, my experience started off on the wrong foot before I even entered the restaurant. First, I noticed that the item I was most interested in on the menu is only available to reward members. What?! I’m just passing through, and since there aren’t any McAlister's locations near me, I’m not going to join your membership. Secondly, their website doesn't display prices, especially for their spuds. This is quite frustrating.

Smelled likeca sewer. The tea was terrible. Tasted like dirt. My friend ordered a salad with onions extra ranch. The brought the wrong salad first. Never got the onions. Never got the extra ranch that cost $0.89. I took my tea back and asked for the cup to be rinsed, then change to dp. She didn't rinse the cup. So I got dp with a dirt tea taste. Pathetic customer service. If I could give no stars it would be more appropriate! Service: Dine in

I enjoyed a great selection of turkey sandwiches at this restaurant. My sandwich was served hot and tasted delicious. It came with a quarter of a pickle and some Cheetos on the side, making it a tasty combination. I also ordered a berry lemonade to drink, which was refreshing. I dined in, and found the seating area to be cozy and inviting. The cashier was courteous and friendly, and my meal was delivered right to my table. We were traveling and chose this place for lunch. There were two cooks and one person taking orders, and over eight tables needed to be cleaned off, many with half-eaten plates of food. Unfortunately, our lunch wasn't very good. I really felt for the staff, as they were doing their best given the circumstances. One customer even ended up going to Dairy Queen because he didn't want to wait. It took us 20 minutes to receive our food. They definitely need more help at this location. Service was dine-in.

This particular McAlisters is a whole joke. The people who are employed here do NOT want to do their job, much less be at work. I ordered 2 kids toastie 's, ham and cheese. They came out just cheese and the woman who took my order looked at me like I was crazy when I told her they were wrong. The phone was ringing the ENTIRE time we were there. Absolutely no one had a smile on their face in this place. ALL 2 of the employees make you feel like you are absolutely not welcome, as soon as you enter! Also, they should tell you that drinks are NOT INCLUDED with a meal . And that a large is $4.

Live review: I really enjoy the food and the variety offered here, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. The restrooms are in terrible condition, and I was frustrated by the lack of communication regarding the unavailability of side dishes. I've always been a fan of this franchise, but this specific location is a letdown. I truly feel sorry for the employees; there seems to be a lack of effective management. I'm willing to give them another chance in the future, but it will definitely be at a different location. Just a heads up—if I could rate it negatively, I would.
