The person who took my order was incredibly nice, but unfortunately, the rest of the staff were rude and unpleasant. I really feel sorry for anyone working under this kind of management. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

Definitely not the greatest experience here... Sadly most of them lately haven't been good. I get today they're short handed... But the ones here don't seem to know what's going on. Food was ok.... Took a bit and had to go back up and ask for my pies. Watched a small group (maybe 4 people) wait at the counter for a few minutes before being acknowledged. Service: Dine in

This location is terrible, our orders are never right, the food is always cold, the staff isn't very friendly, the inside is usually dirty, and the wait times are long they always make you pull ahead or off to the side to wait for your order. This McDonald's appears to prioritize efficiency over customer satisfaction. It often seems like they do not pay much attention to whether orders are accurate. The drive-thru staff could greatly benefit from customer service training, or perhaps they should think about leaving the fast-food industry altogether. To the CEO of McDonald's: since we, the customers, contribute to your income, it would be wise to focus on improving customer service, food preparation, and accurately processing orders at your restaurants and franchises. About 10 minutes later, the manager returned with the first employee to process a refund for my burrito due to the price difference with the sandwich. After the manager walked away, I asked the employee if that was the manager who just charged me an additional 40 cents. He solemnly confirmed that I was right. It would be beneficial for the manager to learn some customer service skills; I waited half an hour for my food and, on top of being disappointed by the unavailable items, it felt as if I was being blamed for the situation. It wasn’t until a third employee asked why I had been waiting so long that I finally received an apology for the delay. I will not be returning to this location!

1st issue was on 9.16.23. My husband waited well over 35 mins for a steak, egg and cheese bagel, breakfast burrito, a hashrown, and 2 large drinks. No apology from manager, food runner was super nice! 2nd issue happened 9.30.23 around 11:30am, I pull up to the 2nd drive thru and cars that pulled up to the 1st DT but after me kept getting waited on before me, and when I said something the rude lady taking orders sighed and did not use her manners. She waited on at least 3 cars before me and I think only took my order bc I said I've been here a hot min. I know this is mcdonalds, and I should not expect much, but basic decency and respect go a long way in customer service, and this location suc... Voir le carte
