Mojito's Caribbean Fusion

Nothing special here. Food was mediocre and the hostess was rude. Slow service and extremely loud inside. Not recommended.

We have eaten here twice while staying at the Caribe Hilton. The breakfast was really good but lunch was a bit of a let down.

Paella was dry and seafood rubbery. Drinks were good. Food was lukewarm except to kids dinner that was so hot he couldn’t eat it. Service was very good. Voir le carte

They weren’t aware of what open table Was! Even me showing the reservation and then I said, where’s the manager and she said she was.... it was a bit of a shot show because they wanted us to wait two full Hours for covid cleanings

Very solid food with creative choices, a nice staff, and plenty of patio tables. It’s proximity to the taxi and Uber pick up are for the caribe Hilton leaves the patio fairly noisy to very unpleasant. The tuna taquitos and the ceviche were excellent, and the servers were just so lovely. We would go back but probably sit inside.

If you are in the vicinity of the Hilton Caribe, it is worth giving this restaurant a try. The dining room has strong air conditioning, so make sure to dress appropriately. While the menu offers decent Puerto Rican cuisine, there are no standout dishes that leave a lasting impression. It would be nice to see some new and exciting options added to the menu. I loved Mojhito's so much that I dined there twice! The service was exceptionally nice and helpful. I tried their incredible breakfast cocktail, the mojhito mimosa, which was so refreshing. Their omelettes are some of the best I've had at a restaurant - light, fluffy, and filled with delicious stuffing. The atmosphere inside is bright and inviting, making it a fantastic dining spot. Highly recommend Mojhito's!

The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was ok aside from the table next to us spraying bug spray on them while we were eating... We were there on a Thursday evening and they were out of half the menu and then what they did have was not prepared as the menu showed. I had the bam bam shrimp (they were out of coconut shrimp)which was just ok and a grilled chicken breast cooked to death with salad(they were out of Mahi Mahi). My food tasted like it was frozen and then thrown in the microwave. I will say the red sangria was one of the best I have had. I don’t mind paying for good food but I’m sorry $68 for the 3 items I had was ridiculous. Disappointed.

Most of the staff were friendly, but service was slow due to the busy NYE night. Some tables waited 35-40 minutes for their appetizers before us. The food arrived relatively quickly for us, but the drinks took some time. The staff appeared overwhelmed, so we understood the delay. Unfortunately, the lobster salad I ordered was inedible and came with dressing despite my request for it on the side. The lobster was overcooked and unpleasant, so I had to send it back. Although offered a replacement dish, I opted to share the overcooked paella. The salad was removed from our bill, but a 20% gratuity was added for 2 diners, which the server claimed was standard for NYE. Though skeptical, we didn't... Voir le carte
