"Always the best gelato we’ve ever enjoyed! We happened to be in Stillwater for Thanksgiving time and enjoyed tasting the seasonal flavors. They’re apple pie and earl grey flavors were incredible???. Not only that, we experienced THE BEST customer service! The very kind server and I were chatting, and she accidentally dished a different flavor than I requested. She felt badly, but I insisted it was perfectly fine and enjoyed what she gave me. As my party and I were walking out the door, she approached one of my friends and gave them a cup of the flavor I had originally requested?. How’s that for excellent customer service?! Love Blue Spruce, and we’ll be back!"

"My daughter and I had looked forward to having lunch at what use to be our favorite fancy place to eat in Stillwater. She ordered a ribeye WELL DONE I ordered the garden salad with adding the steak to it also cooked WELL DONE! My steak was automatically noticed by myself because they slice it) that it was NOT well done! I immediately said it would need to go back for more fire please. I also included I do not want any pink please. My steak came back still pink. My daughters steak was RED! She is one that prefers it cooked done but can eat it unlike myself. Also would like to include the quality of the salad was not the same as previous visits. Lots of white the ends that are normally disposed of) instead of large tomatoes cut up as previous visits it had some small grape tomatoes. I picked out and left on the side plate a lot of the trash ate the salad enjoyed being with my daughter but The booth we sat in was dusty the sides next to you we could both see the dust standing) I had to wipe off my seat to sit down but I kind of shrugged it off because was still looking forward to the meal. Now here 's the thing OUR SERVER WAS VERY NICE! I think she was possibly one that had not been working very long. She had a difficult table beside us that an older gentleman was being very loud about getting a cup of soup instead of the bowl he wanted. These were OSU people with a donation person. They were very loud So Extra complaints on our server did not seem nice when she was dealing with all of that. But the biggest upset is that our favorite fancy spot is no more And also being a person that never believes in punishing a server for obvious other people having issues housekeeping cleaning the booth seats and surrounding COOK THAT CAN NOT COOK A STEAK enough said about salad. YES I gave ABOVE the highest suggestion because she was very nice!"

"I have lived in Stillwater for almost 5 years now. The owner and management team just changed, and the affects are evident. This used to be the spot for great Chinese food and great service. It is not anymore. We walked in (2 of us) and waited along with many others to be seated. The waitress was not very welcoming. I ordered egg drop soup, it came out lukewarm. We ordered beef lo mein and sweet and sour chicken, with a side of fried rice. Both meals were lukewarm, the lo mein was just noodles and beef, no vegetables at all, and no spice seasoning. The fried rice was just not good, it wasn’t hot, had no egg, no seasoning, and tasted bad. It was almost like they warmed up frozen meals from Walmart. We are really sad to see such a great restaurant go downhill so fast. Will not return and are really sad about it. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1"

"Absolutely amazing food (in taste, proportion and presentation) exceptional customer service both at the table and the front desk. We are visiting from Colorado and decided to eat here based on the online reviews and recommendations from family that live here. I had the Baja Benedict and my partner had the cinnamon roll French toast, both were great! The waitress was awesome and when we went to check out we decided to buy some shirts because they have very creative, unique and patriotic designs on them. The kind woman at the host stand tried to help me find the one I was looking for but we were not able to. She got the owner (Mo) a very nice gentleman and even he helped. He asked us to wait a moment and went into the back, low and behold he returned with the design I was hoping to find. Overall it was a 10/10 experience and we will definitely be back! Thank you to all the team at Grannies and to the awesome owner Mo!"

"Overrated and overpriced. I?m sorry but no. The fries were $8! So greasy. The ranch however was really good. It?s a shame they don?t have wings to go with it. We were told the fries would feed 3-4 people. Not hardly. I?ve never seen my husband notfinish a burger but he couldn?t eat this. He tried. It was gross. All you could taste was the chili. So overpowering. My turkeysandwich looked like a school cafeteria sandwich. It all reminded me of bad diner food. How does this place get such goodreviews? The service was not bad and the margarita was good but we will not return."
