"This charming little spot is tucked away among some of the oldest homes in picturesque Old Lyme, and it quickly proved to be remarkable for more than just its inviting look. The owner crafts fresh ice cream daily in the back, with new flavors showcased on a sign out front each day. The prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the high quality and generous servings. The ice cream is absolutely outstanding! I sampled the Heath Bar flavor, a luscious vanilla ice cream brimming with candy and accompanied by a delightful salted caramel vanilla concoction. It was simply delightful! One of my friends opted for the salted caramel ice cream with a scoop of vanilla on the side, while another enjoyed a hot fudge sundae crowned with whipped cream and a cherry, served over multi-nut ice cream. All three of us left as satisfied customers. We enjoyed our treats while relaxing in vintage ringside seating. Highly recommended!"

Passing through on our way to Boston. Stopped in Old Lyme. Got a craving for ice cream. Stopped here. People were so nice. Place is adorable. Hyacinth ice cream was so light, refreshing, and yummy not to mention, pretty! Hubby got a brownie sundae. It was delicious too!

I definitely suggest stopping here and seeing what flavors are on the menu. The owner makes all of the ice cream herself and if not too busy she is up for some great conversation.I tried the espresso chip and the cherry chip in a waffle cone and it was great! The price was great as well-$8.50.The friend I was with tried the Moroccan, which has at least eight different ingredients and she said it was amazing! 4.50.The Moroccan flavor also has won an award.When we are in the area again, we will be back. ?
