"I am disappointed to have to write a negative review, but the Cacio Pepe pasta at this restaurant was not enjoyable. The sauce was thin and lacked flavor. Additionally, the Caesar salad I ordered was a small portion with minimal dressing and no cheese. This was not what I had hoped for after reading so many positive reviews. The food was excellent. The service was above average and closer to excellent. Owner was very personable and enjoyable. One waiter talked down to people if they did not understand the cuisine. All in all a great evening with family and food.

Pane e Bene has become one of my favorite places to go for a quiet dinner on a weeknight, or a comfortable choice for a date night. The owners are lovely and the food and service are excellent. It can get a little tight in the dining room, but I wouldn’t let that deter me from a future date. Always enjoyable.
