Thomas is fantastic. The staff were all very patient and kind in answering our questions. We will definitely be returning to buy more delicious pastries.

I got to pb all the time and Thomas Maggie Wendy Vivian and Oscar always take great care of me. They are fast courteous and always willing to help customers. I’m glad we have good workers like them today.

Stopped by during my short trip when the bakery just opened its doors in the AM. Grabbed one matcha croissant and a double espresso (took longer than average to prepare because the machine was not ready). Great location to work and study! I got a strawberry cream croissant and iced latte, and the place is quiet and quaint with a mixed of customers from groups of elderly casually lounging around to families looking to stock up on their pastries. Free wi-fi they offer comfortable seating inside and outside.

Over time, the staff at this specific restaurant location have been causing a drop in reviews. They consistently close at 10 PM, even if there are still customers present. On Friday, January 6th, at 9:27 PM, a group of teenagers decided to close up shop over half an hour before their usual closing time. Despite a line of customers waiting to come in, the employees ignored them and closed early.

The coffee is fresh and great, when the manager Maggie and her employees James and Anna are here, the shop is tidy and provides excellent customer service. Paris Baguette is one of our go-to bakeries and the maintenance of this location might be the worst among all branches we have visited so far. The decor is bright wide-spaced with plenty of indoor outdoor seating, which is perfect for friends? gathering. It's crowded most of the time, so we totally understand it's kind of difficult to keep it clean and organized. We had their Matcha Croissant Almond Triangle and both pastries were delicious fresh, especially the croissant, which has creamy fillings.

I recently visited a Paris Baguette location and had an extremely unpleasant experience. Upon entering, I was met with intense heat that made it feel like I had walked into a sauna. The lack of air conditioning made my visit very uncomfortable. A basic requirement for a restaurant is a comfortable environment, and it was disappointing that Paris Baguette did not provide this. How can anyone enjoy their meal when they are sweating profusely? The neglect of a pleasant atmosphere by such a reputable franchise is puzzling. The discomfort of customers was not the only issue, as the treatment of the workers was also poor. It was clear that they were struggling under the same heat as the customers...

Today I stopped by at 7:00 am, asking for a baguette, the cashier telling me they don’t have any not to mention I could see behind the counter a cart full with baguettes, then I ask to speak with the manager. A young Indian looking lady come over reinstating what the cashier said before “There’s no baguettes available for sale everything is for the sandwich production she told me she’s managing the place for 3 years and refuse to take any advice on customer courtesy to address the situation, telling me to come back in 45 minutes when next bread delivery will come. If you step into a shop called PARIS BAGUETTE and ask for a baguette and they refuse to sell it to you pretending they are to be... Voir le carte
