I always pick Pei Wei Asian Kitchen for lunch. The menu offers fantastic dishes, and the staff is outstanding. I highly recommend stopping by—especially don’t miss the Korean barbecue steak!

The staff at the register were very friendly. However, I found the prices to be a bit steep. I asked for my pad Thai to be very spicy, but instead, I just received packets of sambal olek. The flavor wasn't quite what I had anticipated.

My only issue is with their packaging; I would feel more secure if they sealed the containers to ensure my meal hasn't been tampered with. Overall, I would give it a perfect 10 out of 10!

Because of this, expect a slightly longer wait than you would at a typical fast-food Asian restaurant. It appears they have addressed their staffing challenges, as the environment was clean, and both the ordering and food preparation were efficient. (Just a note: you might want to pass on the Thai donuts.)

What a wonderful surprise! We used to frequent Pei Wei in Dallas years ago when we were short on better options. I was astounded by how much the menu has improved over the past four years. I absolutely love the drunken noodles with shrimp—they have the perfect amount of spices for my taste without overpowering the shrimp. We've ordered from this restaurant four times now, and each time the food has been hot and fresh, making it feel like an incredible value. Thanks to their rewards program, we've even been able to enjoy a free meal already! I truly enjoy dining here!

The exceptional service left a lasting impression on my 11-year-old son, who felt motivated to approach the staff and express our thanks before we left. That really says a lot about this restaurant, in my opinion. It’s definitely worth every penny, and I highly recommend it just for the fantastic quality of the staff. The only small concern I have is that when I went to pay, there wasn’t an option to leave a tip, which made me feel a bit guilty since I didn’t have any cash on me.
