"We frequent this restaurant. We had reservations for and arrived at We requested a quiet booth in the dining room on our reservation. The hostess took us to the noisy bar and sat us by the entry door. We didn’t want to sit at the bar. We came here for a dining experience and didn’t want loud TV’s, kids running around, or bar noise. Otherwise, wouldn’t of bothered to make a reservation here. We told the hostess we didn’t want to sit at the bar. She disapproved and made us wait to see if it was okay with the waitstaff to seat us in the dining room. She looked at us and said ‘Just so you know, we don’t sit people in the dining room after three o’clock’. She repeated this to the point where it made us feel badly and we rushed through the meal. If you are going to take lunch reservations until how are people suppose to know you don’t like to seat people in the dining room after three now. We usually come near this time and never had a problem before. We don’t live near your restaurant and there are plenty of other high end restaurants that seat guests in dining rooms for lunch hours. We talked about not coming back to Burlington. Next time I’d rather travel to Chestnut Hill capital Grill and be greeted/treated well. Our meal was very good, the steak was done perfect. We were pleased with the table service."

"I had high expectations for this restaurant due to their enticing menu of delicious-sounding Asian-inspired vegan dishes. Sadly, my experience was lackluster as the food seemed packaged and pre-cooked, and the staff did not seem focused on creating a positive experience for new customers. I decided to order spring rolls to-go and noodles with vegetables and tofu for takeout, but both dishes were underwhelming. The spring rolls were doughy with minimal filling, and the noodles were dry with small, bland pieces of vegetables and tofu. I hope that the owners of Bayberry consider revamping their menu and providing higher-quality, more consistent dishes if they decide to reopen in the future. Perhaps a food truck would be a great idea for a fresh start. Thank you."

"As always, an excellent dining experience. Special cocktail was so outstandingly delicious (it had Sake, St Germaine, lemon soda, not sure what else). Creative bartender. I had the she crab soup and the black grouper with beautiful presentation. My dinner companion had a filet perfectly cooked with great accompaniment sauces. Consistently one of my favorite restaurants."

"The casual atmosphere allows for people of all ages to dine there. With the children’s menu and pipe cleaner toys, children feel welcome. The staff showed patience as we observed families, allowing children to drop food on the floor, as well as spill drinks. The hostess placed us in a quiet area, we only adults sat. Our waitress, Nicole, exemplified excellent service. She smiled with customers, as she scurried to do her job, as well as with her peers. Other personnel frowned as they completed the aforementioned tasks ;we felt grateful to have this ray of sunshine waitress. Our salads arrived in a timely manner. We questioned the $20 price, however, as lettuce overtook the few pieces of chicken and other items on our plates. Easy location, right off the highway plus convenient parking and outdoor dining when weather allows ."

"This has been my most favorite lunch spot in Woburn for years. I always get Chirashi for lunch or Bibimbub for entree. For appetizer, I love golden bags or Bonzai cucumber. They always gave thick chunks of sushi and sashimi and beautiful presentation.Since the pandemic, I haven’t stopped by often. Today I ordered takeout the sushi/sashimi both for 2, that’s a lot more food compared to any sushi restaurant in this area. It took 4 people to finish this yummy food. Hands down the best sushi in Woburn/ Burlington/ Winchester/ Lexington area."
