"This Taco Bell was truly the worst experience we've ever had. We arrived around 6:20 PM, and the place was a mess. No one welcomed us, and we placed our order on the kiosk, which took an eternity to process. Throughout our visit, there was a lack of customer service, as no one acknowledged us. I mistakenly ordered something incorrect, and when I asked for assistance, the staff was extremely rude. My husband’s order required utensils, but they didn’t have any forks or tools to offer. The food itself was dreadful; everything tasted stale, as if it had been sitting under heat lamps for ages. The only items my kids enjoyed were the chips and cheese and the cheese roll-ups. When we asked for our drink cups, the staff was once again quite unfriendly. I would rate this experience a 10/10 for NOT recommending it, and I honestly won’t be returning to any Taco Bell anytime soon."

"Everything that met our table was delicious. The tortilla soup was a hit with our daughter. My husband even ate rice and a lime sauce, and he usually does not eat of these things. The service was also on site. He was very attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back!"

"This restaurant is fantastic! We stopped by for lunch around 12:30 PM on a Saturday. Initially, we hesitated because the parking lot was empty, but the open sign was lit, so we decided to give it a try. I’m so glad we did! We were welcomed and seated right away. The fresh pork rinds served with boom boom sauce were incredible! We both ordered the chicken fried steak lunch special, and we were truly impressed by its tenderness and flavor. The portion sizes were generous, and the meal was beautifully presented. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and they were getting ready for the live music event that evening. I wish I had caught our server's name because he provided excellent service and had a great personality. It’s hard to believe this place wasn’t packed, considering the quality of the food and service. We will definitely return and are already looking forward to it!"

"I giggled some of the reviews. You're fat! Hello, you're in the south, sweetie! If you're looking for the Yankee-fied version of hot links, this is not! I grew up on Doc's. I'll say it's changed since they changed owners. The Henderson family bought the place in 1969 and sold it about a year ago. They still taste just as good, but it's either that I'm getting old (he or a slight change in preparation, but they're a bit too fat for me today, so I buy them raw and bring them home, bake or grill them. My sons are now 3. (maybe 4.) creating Doc's fans. They're just cashless, and I heard that the sauce is the best, but I prefer mine with ketchup and salins. The seats are a U-shaped Formica table, and you just stand above the bench and sit a spell and enjoy the scholarship atmosphere while you lie down. There is no online order, no delivery (except you're friends with a local who will bring you some! but they are well worth the ride from...well, everywhere!"

"My wife and I use to stop here all the time. The last couple of times the food order was wrong or it was cold. Today, 10-2-23, we stopped again and figured we would take a chance. Well the first thing was the Dr Pepper was just carbonated water with no syrup. So she sent that back and they brought out another with the same effect. So she settled for sweet tea. Then the food finally came and of course it was cold. So this is the last time. For the price that we are having to pay for this food, it should be fresh and hot. WTH is the deal with employees not caring anymore. It’s a shame. And I do hope the owners of the Whataburger in Gilmer actually see this review."
