John provided fantastic service during our visit to San Diego with my family. He ensured that we were well-accommodated, and we thoroughly enjoyed the great food and atmosphere at the restaurant. I would rate the food as 5 out of 5.

Moved to San Diego 3 years ago and have been looking for our “go-to” sushi spot. Happy to say we finally found it here!!!! This place has fantastic food, quick and friendly service, and a nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend.Food: 5/5

This place is probably the best sushi bar in Hilcrest! ? The service was great, the food was amazing, service was also very fast as well. The vibe of the restaurant is very low-key, and definitely has that hole in the wall feel! Also LGBTQIA+ friendly!Love this place! ? Voir le carte

I saw their sign passing by and I thought it was a fun idea, and it came up in my mind on the next day when I was choosing what to eat for the dinner.And everything I ordered was super delicious. From the yakitori, spicy ramen, and to the “surprise me” roll.I definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves japanese food.

The food was not fresh at all. Some of the yakitori we ordered were cold and not flavorful. The salmon Kama (collar) we ordered looked like a regular piece of salmon and not the collar as expected. Our server seemed new and was unable to answer some questions we had about the sake. The sake itself was not that great either. Overall, it was a waste of money and I would not return.

I have found my new favorite restaurant in the area. Our server March provided excellent service and engaging conversation during our visit. The food, especially the spicy tonkatsu ramen (pictured), was delicious and some of the best ramen I have ever had in the area. The only downside was that the soy sauce egg was a little rubbery, but overall, the experience was fantastic. I will definitely be returning. Voir le carte

my friend and I wanted to take with you tonight and decided to try the vegan ramen. we added to us, and I removed the mais, but different from that, we had marked it as on the menu. the rarmen themselves were super delicious and filled with sweet. I like the aromen, especially with the garlic and ginger. the menu has only marked a smoker than vegan, but it says that other dishes can be vegan when they ask. we ordered takeout, so I can not say much for the restaurant itself, but it was clean, and the staff was friendly. I'll eat here again!

My boyfriend and I decided to get takeout tonight and opted for the vegan ramen. We added tofu to our order and requested no corn, otherwise sticking to the menu description. The ramen was delicious, packed with veggies, and the flavors were excellent, especially the garlic and ginger. The menu only had one vegan ramen option, but it mentioned that other dishes could be made vegan upon request. We did takeout, so I can't comment on the restaurant itself, but it appeared clean and the staff were friendly.
