"Our fault for making reservations on Christmas Day, but due to work schedules, we made them. The reservations were for pm and we arrived at pm to complete chaos. Understandable as it was one of only a few restaurants open today. We checked in and waited patiently. At around we touched base with the hostess again who advised that realistically we wouldnât be sat until By we were ushered to an incredibly cramped table littered with dirty plates and no silverware. Upon being seated, we passed the dirty plates to the host who told us they werenât dirty, just wet from the dishwasher. We pointed out the stuck on food and stray noodles and he reluctantly gathered the plates. Right after him, a young man named Robert came up behind me with a canister of forks and a canister of knives. He looked at me, but said nothing, and then walked away. Five minutes later, he returned and set the canisters down on the table and said, âHere, take these.â My sister noticed him for the first time and was confused and asked him to repeat himself. He replied, âIf you want to eat, you need to use these. Take them,â and then set them down in front of her and stood there staring at her. We were stunned. Shortly after, he left and our waitress finally arrived. We only spoke with her a short amount of time but she was lovely. She informed us that it would be at lease hours before the food would be ready. At that point, we had reached our limit. We called it, thanked her for her time, and left at p.m., hours after our reservations. We will never be back and quite honestly the only reason we booked it was due to the limited choices for open restaurants. As we were driving to the next restaurant (delicious, memorable meal, by the way), I checked Open Table again and discovered that they were still taking reservations for the night! That angered me because I can only assume that many families had miserable Christmas Day experiences due to this restaurant."

Had Christmas lunch here, special menu at was amazing. Had salmon with side pasta dish, Ceasar salad and desert, plenty and delish! Great service, thank you Macaroni Grill for an outstanding experience. Voir le carte

It's one of our favorites and last Saturday was no exception. It was much busier than usual, however the service was still prompt and attentive. The food is always good and we like the ambiance of the room.

We waited over minutes to be greeted. We were only waited on because we went and got a manager. We would have left but it was Christmas, and we were from out of town, and didnt have any other options. They âlostâ our food ticket. It took hours to get out meal. Will never go back. No wonder all these restaurants are closing.

Went in Christmas Day and had reservations and still had to wait for minutes before being seated. Waitress was not very nice and twice the food came to the table was cold. Asked for bread and was told was still in the oven and the second time we asked where our bread was the waitress got snippy and said âI told you it is still in the oven bakingâ yet other waiters where serving bread to people that had just sat down. Showed up for reservation and the place was in chaos. People were standing everywhere waiting . The restaurant was obviously overwhelmed and understaffed. Names of people were not being called nor were reservations being managed. A couple who'd made a reservation for arrived at and were seated before us. It appeared that those who stood by the hostess podium were being seated regardless of what time they had a reservation . After about minutes we gave up and left. So much for a nice Christmas evening dinner.

Horrible service the waiter could not handle multiple tables did not have any water had to ask times did not have any utensils the appetizer was burnt. all the workers were very unhappy to be there they defenetly did not have any motivation to work very unhappy atmosphere and it certainly looked like the host and waiters did not care . Would not eat there again and would not recommend to anyone and the food was not worth the price overly advertised .and other people there had the same experience.
