"Unfortunately, my breakfast with my elderly parents was ruined today by the waitress ' inability to serve me a cup of simple black coffee. She took our drink order and returned with my parents iced tea and said she would be right back with my coffee. Instead, she proceeded to wait on other tables, run orders, etc. She finally came back to take our food order and apologize when I pointed out that she had failed to bring me the cup of coffee I had ordered. She said that she would put our order in come right back with the coffee. Did she come back with the coffee? No, of course not. She continued to wait on other tables and deliver orders. Finally, another waitress came around with a coffee pot refilling patrons cups in the section. When she got to our table she asked if anyone needed a coffee refill, to which I replied yes and she then discovered that I had never received my coffee to begin with. Unlike the other waitress, she immediately stopped what she was doing and returned with a fresh cup. Unfortunately, trying to to get a refill was as equally frustrating as trying to get the first cup. The first waitress finally returned with our food and seemed relieved that someone had finally gotten my coffee. She asked if we need anything else and I said, Yes, I 'd a refill on my coffee. She nodded and said she would be right back with it. Was she? No. She did return to ask how the food was and we repeated the same conversation as before. I 'm sure you 're wondering, did I get a refill? No. She finally returned with check and never did acknowledge the missing refill or that she failed repeatedly to perform one of the most elementary acts of food service. They say that the road to Hell is paved with good intentions, it seem that forgotten coffee orders are amongst them."

"I just wish I could get the hot sauce I ask for and more than one bag of crackers and one bag of cheese with 6 chilly coneys total and a large 3 way just seems so stingy for no reason when I ask for hot sauce extra cheese and crackers I’ll gladly pay for."

"GIRL, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Very bad language barriers between the staff... we had to ask for things 3 4 times before they understood what were were requesting (We asked for a pitcher of margaritas and carry out utensils and got met with blank stares by several waiters and they asked us to point at things on the menu). The food was abysmal. Very bland and I couldn 't make out where most of the vegetables were in my dish. Once our margaritas came out, they gave us coffee STIRRERS to sip them with, not actual straws. We also ordered appetizers (jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks) which were BURNED and served with some watery sauce that tasted like bbq (very strange). We were wondering why this place was completely empty during the week at dinner time. Please go to Cancun if you 're on the west side. This place needs to be shut down."

"This review is far overdue, as LongHorn Steakhouse on Harrison Avenue has been a favorite of mine and my husband's for years.. Tonight we dined before an FC Cincinnati soccer game, and we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly we were served and on our way to the game given the crowd. (I highly recommend using the LongHorn wait list. Our server was extremely friendly as well and checked back often to see if we needed anything. The restaurant manager also stopped by our table to see how we were enjoying everything, which was nice. To start off, my husband and I shared a bowl of the Shrimp and Lobster Chowder, which was amazing! For my entree, I ordered the 7-oz salmon with crispy brussel sprouts. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection, especially the Brussels Sprouts. Yum! My husband had the ribeye steak with corn, and the steak was enormous! For dessert we shared a piece of the Strawberries and Cream Shortcake, which was devine! It was the perfect size to share, and the calories are not too bad as desserts go. It was oh so good! I highly recommend that you give LongHorn a try the nice time you're in the neighborhood. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Bon Appétit!"

"The food we finally received was quite good. However, it took a long time to arrive, and our server never returned to check on us. She might have had too many tables to manage, but that shouldn’t affect our experience as customers. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
