The variety is amazing, and the substitutions you can make are endless: steak, chicken, salmon, mahi mahi, shrimp, veggies, or plant-based protein substitutes with citrus rice, brown rice and quinoa, cauliflower rice, or Mexican rice. Talked to the manager specifically to make sure our food was correct since my previous 2 orders had guacamole on our order which I am highly allergic to. I figured after talking to the manager to specifically make sure my food didn't have any guacamole on it, and him reassuring me that it didn't, I get home to find guacamole on my burrito once again. Really? Get it together. It's not that hard. Sad. I will never go back to any Rubio's since the 2 I have tried have been a huge let down.

A mess of a fish burrito it was more beans than anything almost no fish some cabbage it was like no white sauce maybe the smallest squeeze possible it wasn’t busy for them to put out such a terrible result I been eating at this Rubios from the time I was a kid I’m a local I remember when use come to eat here just to look at the salt water fish tank I could’ve gone eat some where else but I wanted to eat just as a throw back kinda burst that bubble and will not be recommending this place at least they didn’t lag but was it worth it ?

I ordered a grilled chicken burrito, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. The tortilla was stale and crumbly, causing the burrito to fall apart and create a significant mess while I was eating. It was clear that the burrito had already started breaking apart during assembly. Three other diners at the same time experienced the same problem, which indicates a quality control issue. Additionally, the picante salsa was really bad—it didn’t taste right at all and had a very unpleasant aftertaste. Others also agreed that the salsa was not edible and wouldn’t eat it. On the positive side, the roasted chipotle salsa was decent. Voir le carte
