My server Kim was absolutely wonderful and made my experience there so fun and memorable. She was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and offered us many options and suggestions. She has earned my repeat business and I will be asking for her every time.

I recently contacted Ruby's to cater for a corporate gathering. I was beyond satisfied with the quality of the food and service. The constant communication and attention to detail ensured a great experience for all 30 to 40 attendees. I would highly recommend their catering service. Keep up the good work!

I stopped in for lunch today as I usually do after my appointment at Mayo Clinic and was being served by Michelle. Our food and our service were great. However, I was appalled at a group of guests in our section due to the constant use of profanity,constant complaints, and the rude and disgusting treatment of their server, who was also Michelle. My wife and I have been going to Ruby Tuesday on Windsor Commons for years and we always order their cheese burgers. We just went on Saturday, July 23rd and again ordered cheese burgers. I don't know if Ruby Tuesday is trying to lower its food costs (and keep menu prices unchanged) but the cheese burgers that we received with the MOST GREASY cheese burgers that we have ever eaten. I ordered mine without a bun (normal order) and my lunch plate was so greasy that the grease just ran all over the plate. Needless to say, I think this will be our last Ruby Tuesday meal for a long, long time.

the food was good. our service was great. our server was michelle, she took care of us. the temporary manager whose name I believe is nate, seemed incredibly unorganized. loudly interviewed a potential new tenant directly next to tables that had people in which were. he also had difficulty working his timetable of the employees about the weekend, and stood in the center of the restaurant where the people could hear him, and spoke to the servers about those who go to cover the shift. the internet was also grounded in the restaurant and they could not take any cards, which was not a big thing, as there was a atm next door, but apparently the manager had his feet drawn on the arrest, and server...

As always the salad bar was great. Service was poor. The waiter (lady) showed up 2 times, that's it. Spent more time hugging the drunk guy at the bar and hitting on the support staff. Had 2 other waiters help us with basics like silverware and butter because she was too busy. We ordered a sandwich to split and salad bar for each. sandwich was so bad! Tacodilla. not a good choice. We were there because I had appointments at Mayo, which 50% of the other people were there for as well. We may return but only for the salad bar. We wouldn't need much assistance with that.
