Came to lunch with my wife and I didn’t expect the level of service we received . Super impressed with the staff and management! Great job !

Love this steak house we have been here before. The food was all excellent. The service was great there was an issue with my food but I was corrected in a timely maner we will be back .

Extremely overpriced for what was, at best, an average steak. The waiter convinced me to add a $13 crab topping to my steak, but it was just a small spoonful. The meal was decent, but definitely not worth the price.

We mostly go here when my mother-in-law is in town so I appreciate the Texas Tea having a proper amount of alcohol. She makes ordering very difficult wherever she goes, so I consider it a test of the server's ability and experience. They usually do quite well here. The reason for the 5 star review though is that I finally ordered the porterhouse steak for the first time after eating here for five years. Oh, totally worth it! Saltgrass has always been a favorite, but tonight seals the deal that we will not be back to the Saltgrass in Bedford or Grapevine as we’ve had horrible experiences at both. Tonight was supposed to be a birthday dinner, but one meal had to be taken back because the meat was so tough and had to wait over 15 minutes to get a replacement. In the meantime I had already completed my meal. The manager comped the first meal, and I said he should comp both since the other guest had to sit there and watch me eat my food! I’m not out for a free meal, but this is just ridiculous! Horrible just horrible. Too many other places we could eat.

We had an amazing experience. We ordered the center cut fillet and the 16 oz rib eye. Both had amazing tender meat and we're cooked to perfection. The waiter was very kind and got our order, drinks and condiments out perfectly on time. The waiter and the manager constantly checked to make sure not only that our food was good but that we were satisfied. The atmosphere was very nice and gave a texan feel. The table plates and silverware were all clean. There was a hostess up front who sat us immediately. I order from here on Uber eats all the time as well. This is one of the best steakhouses in the area and I will be a happy returning customer for as long as I can.

Customer service is a hit or a miss here. I try to go back every so often, but it doesn 't seem to matter they are still lacking it. Food quality is so so. I ordered salmon. I wanted mashed potatoes and gravy. I was told gravy would cost a few more dollars. I was like what I 'm spending 33.00 for a plate of food, and ur charging me a few more dollars for gravy, absolutely not!! So I settled for something else, the smoked Mac n cheese. It 's definitely not good. They need to spend some more time adjusting it make it creamier it 's always dry. The one manager is super friendly.
