I enjoy stopping only once in a while to enjoy their gluten-free options and my favorite is the sweet potato fries. If it wasn't for the Pommes, I'd probably go less, just because of the cost. A burger the sweet pot. Fries and a drink put me back $23.00!!! Ouch. The food was good, but that's toooo a lot. I won't spend so much money on a splout in a while. I think from now on I'm gonna stick to the Pommes. You're worth the money. I say the burgers are not bad, just not worth the costs. For $23.00 I think I at least woke up.

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly rude, and the customer service is very disappointing. The manager lacks effective resolution skills. I came in with my girlfriend, intending to spend around $50, but I couldn’t even place my order due to the arrogant and interruptive behavior of the staff. The manager, Theresa, offered little compensation and had me take a picture of a QR code instead of providing the corporate number. She also had difficulty sharing her own name. After this experience, I will never return to a Smashburger again.

Smashburger is an excellent fast casual burger restaurant with great, modern offerings and quick service. The burgers are well-seasoned, juicy, and properly cooked. The menu is full of interesting options and rotating specials. Plenty of delicious side options, including sweet potato fries, smashfries with some added herb seasonings, and salads. Gluten free buns can be ordered with any sandwich. If following a ketogenic diet, go for a bacon burger (or double, or triple) without the bun. Alanis is a joke and shouldn't work on customer service. I stood 10 minutes before the welcome in the cash register of an empty restaurant. Then she watched B.S with employees on her lunch and ran to take the restaurant cleaning instead of my order. It took 13 minutes to stand at the counter to even place my order, then another 10 to get it. There were 3 other customers when I arrived that all had their food already. I've paid $15 for bad customer service and an attitude because I've tapped exactly what she deserved. ZERO. You don't need my money, and I'm definitely going to spend it differently. Read the majority of reviews and you will see that ALANIS ruins this location.

The last five times I ate here I had the truffle mushroom Swiss burger and I thought it was the best, but this time I tried the double bbq bacon burger and I was wrong, the bbq burger was amazing. I didn't hardly notice the bbq sauce, which is frequently overwhelming on these types of burgers. Instead, there was a more subtle use of sauce, that tied all if the ingredients together in a great way. I still need to try the sides options, I saw that the have tots, Brussels sprouts, and maybe some other things, but I went with the fries. The fries here are okay, but kind of their weak point. Absolutely glad I stopped from smashburger as it was forever and a day since I am here! I went with the classic double-mash, but a single Patty. Also the tasty pommes that has rosemary and garlic! Wow! Such a delicious combination! The spices are not excessively powerful and the frits had such a nice and light crunch, so good! The burger meat itself is very high quality, but a little on the thin side, so I would have the double! I know that for the next time. I waited at the cash register in an empty restaurant for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. Instead of taking my order, I watched as she chatted with an employee on their lunch break and focused on cleaning the restaurant. It took me 13 minutes just to place my order, and then another 10 minutes to receive it. When I arrived, there were three other customers who had already been served. I'm so glad I decided to stop by Smashburger after such a long time! I ordered the classic double smash but opted for just a single patty. I also tried the smash fries, which are seasoned with rosemary and garlic. Wow, what an amazing combination! The seasonings were just right—not too overpowering—and the fries had a wonderfully light crunch; they were delicious!
