The food here is fantastic! The cheeseburgers are made with real meat, which makes a big difference. And the vanilla shake is simply delicious! Kid-friendliness: They offer a kids' meal as well.

I'm from Augusta but was in Parsons for work for a few weeks. I came across this Sonic and honestly didn't expect much in terms of quality. However, I was completely surprised by how good the food was. I even went back a second time later in the week to see if my first experience was just a fluke, and it was fantastic again! I'm really impressed and hope that other Sonics in the state can learn from this location. Thanks again!

I have purchased one item several times this week and the only time I got it correctly was when I had to bring it back to be remade! What happened to pride in doing a good job?? I ordered 2 BLTS dry toasted( no butter or oil lettuce and bacon only. I received oily toast with wilted lettuce and 2 tiny pieces of bacon. Sonic used to be great food and service. I feel like because I asked for something a little different than they usually make a BLT I have upset someone and send out the garbage I have received all week. I am upset. And disappointedDietary restrictions: My order is because I can't handle a lot of oil or butter.

Let's just say that in the two times I visited this restaurant within a week, they couldn’t get my order right. Even though we go weekly, they still make mistakes. It's frustrating to pay so much for food that’s undercooked. The first time I let it slide, but it’s becoming a pattern. Their service is slow as molasses on several occasions, and frankly, it just isn’t good. The manager promised a refund, but I still haven’t seen it, even after giving them multiple chances. Since they seem unwilling to improve, this place is headed for a downward spiral. Until they step up their game, I'm inclined to leave a more favorable review. Until then, I recommend eating here at your own risk. Voir le carte
