Hands down amazing! Everyone was exceptionally friendly and professional, the food was over delicious and cooked to perfection we finish our steak meal with a dessert recommendation from our waitress Heather, black cherry cake espresso! BOMB didn't need any other words. Get the Cheescake

Loved the salad bar!!! My husband and I ordered the fish n chips the shrimp skewers. Wasn’t a huge fan of the breading on the fish nor of my over cooked twice baked potato BUT the salad bar made up for all of that. Would go back in a heartbeat! If weather permits sit outside fireside with a glass of wine pre/post dinner.

Incredibly delicious food in a lovely building nestled in a quaint mountain town. You will not be disappointed. Great date night or special occasion destination. I brought my wife here 26 years ago to propose to her on Valentine’s Day. (Real original…I know We often return on Valentine’s Day each year along with our three sons. Enjoy!

I visited this restaurant for an early Valentine's Day dinner, and I had a wonderful experience. Jillian was an excellent server—she was very attentive and provided great suggestions. This is a fantastic spot for a date night! It was our first visit, and our waitress was wonderful. The food was delicious. The cozy atmosphere made the hour-long drive absolutely worthwhile. I highly recommend trying the fried eggs, just as others have suggested. The crab cake appetizer was outstanding, especially since it was my first time eating crab. The **** outshined the steak—it truly made the entire meal for me! If you find yourself in the Banner Elk or Boone area, be sure to give this place a try!

The updated decor is absolutely fabulous, blending a mountain rustic style with Restoration Hardware elements. The atmosphere is fantastic! The appetizers, drinks, and soup were all delicious. The cocktail served with the shrimp was perfect! Our main courses, the Pork Chop and Grilled Honey Ginger Shrimp, were good, but we probably wouldn't order them again. The shrimp lacked the honey ginger flavor, and the pork chop was just average. Overall, I definitely recommend this restaurant and will return, but I'll opt for a different entree next time.
