"I had an absolutely terrible experience! One of the male Subway employees had a large hickey on his neck, which was very off-putting and unprofessional. On the other hand, the young lady was doing her best—kudos to her for that! There were nine of us in line, and with two employees helping, it still took an eternity to get served. Some sandwiches were unavailable because the ingredients weren't stocked. The place definitely lacked cleanliness. I ordered two meatball sandwiches, but that was a mistake—they were ice-cold, unlike at all other locations where they are typically served warm. Overall, it was very disappointing."

Tonight we stopped in after a ballgame as that the kids were starving. I can't begin to express how great the crew working was. They were busy and their customer service was still top notch. Made my grandkids pizzas and even took them out to the table for us because they were out of boxes. Super friendly, kind and superior customer service. From my family to all of you....THANK YOU! This restaurant has a great location connected to the Loves gas station. The staff was quick and friendly when taking my order. The place was very clean, and it was easy to enter and exit, whether coming from the gas station or the outside. I noticed that it's open much later than most standalone Subways since I visited around 11 PM. I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling on I-35 or those who live nearby.
