"Worst customer service ever!!! I've always had a great experience at this location, I was always greeted extremely welcomed, excellent service from what I assume was the previous manager, she had a niners tattoo, extremely professional quick service. I went in recently and dealt with a skinny man wearing a silk shirt. I assumed by his attire he was an owner or a new manager, I noticed first off he paid no attention to me I stood there waiting to place my order for nearly 5 min, in the past my order would have already been completed. The entire time he was barking at what I assume are new employees, I thought was extremely demeaning. Then he finally pays attention to me and I place my order, he stood there collecting my money then micro managed this new employee scolding him at every wrong move, at the same time instructing all three of them about procedure. So I've now waited a total of 15 minutes to get my order. To make matters worse when my sandwich was completed he then distracted all of the employees to go to the back area and continued to show them something, while my sandwich was still sitting behind the counter with them. He finally brings them back into the restaurant then tells the employee to hand me my sandwich with no excuse or apology. To summarize I've in total wasted 20 min for 1 sandwich, then to find out in the car there was just a tiny amount of pastrami in it, tons of lettuce and tomatoes, Even after I said no tomatoes. So not only did I waste 13$ for bread lettuce and tomatoes I wasted 20 minutes. I was so upset I went directly home and threw it away. I will never eat there again."

I placed my order through the Subway app. I got two subs with veggie patties and two without, making sure all the options were vegetarian.

Today was the third time that my wife and I tried to get dinner here and they were closed. They have three different sets of hours listed on the door but none of those are correct apparently.

I have to say I'm disappointed with this underground location. The meat selection was minimal, and there were hardly any vegetables. The prices felt too high for the small portions we received. Going forward, I'll just stick to takeout.

Need to teach your employees how to properly interact with customers. My underage stepdaughter was ogled when she walked in, and the employee helping her started chatting her up in a way that made her extremely uncomfortable. Will not be returning. Voir le carte

Went here once and won't be back. The food containers were nearly empty for each item, the lettuce looks to be several days old. Service was exceptionally slow. If you wwant Subway there is one about three miles from this location on the other side of town.

Wanted sandwiches to take to Giants game. Ordered footlong BMT, footlong Steak sub with bacon, and a Black forest ham sandwich and everyone was very pleased. The attendant was friendly and worked to be sure our order was correct. Parking was available in large lot.
