Went through the drive through and it was a seamless experience. Service was wonderful and it was refreshing to receive excellent customer service.

I ordered delivery and not only was the food incorrect, but it was also absolutely swimming in sauce. I nearly called the Coast Guard to save my quesadilla! Voir le carte

The staff is friendly when taking my order, and they prepare it quickly. The food consistently meets high standards, and I haven't experienced any poor quality so far.

I visited the restaurant on Thursday, April 11, around 4 PM, and I was extremely disappointed with the service. I stood at the counter for 30 minutes without anyone asking if I needed help, despite there being around eight staff members present. The lack of customer service was frustrating, and I don’t plan to return. It's crucial to address this issue before it affects your business further.

Harker Heights (2410) Taco Bell is the worst restaurant ever!!!! Staff needs training on how to prepare the food and customer service. No one is professional. Need new management!!! Shame on you. Crunchy Tacos with no meat and no cheese on the shell as advertised!!! Quesadillas with hardly any cheese. WTH????Straight up sucks…. Hot garbage!!! I have given them so many chances throughout the years. But I will drive to Killeen for Taco Bell!! Voir le carte

I don't know what happened to this location but it's gone from ok to noway, the food has a chemical smell the workers all seem to hate working there and just toss the food on the counter. The order can change from what you ordered, my son asked for one of the mixed red and blue slushy and got a all blue razzberry one ,sour cream on only the end of your order . We like taco bell but I'll just have to go to one of the other ones to get better service.

Went through the drive-thru. The person who took our order was very professional and had the nicest voice. Hubby commented that she has a voice for a professional work environment.When I got home I noticed that my order was more than I ordered, partly because I changed it and the rep thought it was in addition to and not a replacement, but the food was delicious i did not complained and commented that i now have more for later. It was a very good experience.

1/3 times I visit this location they tend to forget one or two of my food orders, and unfortunately I don't catch it until I'm home and unpacking the bag. However, most times when I return about the missing food, they are respectful and kind and understanding. I always feel bad coming back to get the order correct but they don't treat me badly over it, and provide complimentary coupons occasionally. I just wish I didn't have to remedy an incorrect order so frequently. The food however is always good, good portion sizes, affordable within reason, and they're willing to go above and beyond when there's a mistake. Can't fault em for that. Voir le carte
