"If they had a 10 star option they would get all 10. I went to Los machete twice. Both times I was treated like I DIDN 'T BELONG No Exaggeration we stood at the counter for 8-10 mins waiting to be acknowledged. Felt colored af both nights as they ignored us hoping we would just leave. LOS REYES was complete opposite. Warm and inviting atmosphere, Very attention server,great food, and multiple bilingual employees. Everyone was my friend this n my friend that. If it was an act then I believed it. I highly recommend"

"A friend and myself went to Shrimp Company yesterday May 31st,23 . She loves Crab Claws and was going to get them but the prices were so high... she wasn't able to .So, she and I ordered our food . Needless to say we were not happy at all. The portions of fries ,well the portions would fit in the palm of your hand.My Shrimp was like rubber, cooked too long I assume.Never got an offer for a drink refill... we got served 2 small tea .We were shocked at how high their prices have jumped up so high.They aren't open very much so I guess they raised their prices too make up for the money loss from being closed so much.We were served a small cup of slaw that wasn't very good.The cocktail sauce was ok but it had too much spice , so we didn't get to eat that.No real lemon ,packets of fake lemon juice.For the prices... they definitely do portion control.We won't be back there, can't afford it. "Terrible Service! I placed my order over the phone and went to pick it up. The total came to $45.00. Since I didn't receive any complimentary sauce, I asked to add two cups of sauce for $5.00, which I believe should be complimentary. After that, I was asked to sign the receipt, and it seemed like he was expecting a tip. He then looked at me and said, "I don't even know why I gave this to you," before tossing my card on the table and walking away. I will not be returning to such a discourteous establishment. If your staff can’t provide better service, maybe it’s time to find new jobs."

"After looking at its health department rating, we decided to try this place for lunch during the week (The health department rating was 90 at the time of our visit. If the rating was low, I doubt that we would even consider eating at this unfamiliar place. . The restaurant is small but clean, with several tables for indoor seating. The back half of the building contains the kitchen. There 's a drive-through lane around the back of the building. We walked inside the restaurant and ordered (and paid for our food at a doorway between the kitchen and dining area. Within minutes, the food was ready for pickup. One person in our group had the 1/2 BBQ Chicken plate. It was all white meat that was fall off the bone tender. I had the hot dog combo. The portions for the sides are bigger than I expected for the price. The menu prices are slightly below average and drink refills are free. The staff is fast and genuinely friendly. I would recommend this place for lunch."

"I gave 5 stars for the portion size, price, and that loaded bake potato!!!!! Im a full moon (ribs) kind of girl, the ribs were not bad it just taste like the ribs we do at home. The potato was so good, im going back for that potato. I had the weekend special with 2 ribs and 1/2 chicken white with a loaded potato for like $12.00. It also make sense to call in your order before you come, it is a busy place. Once you call in your order don't go through the drive thru, pull in a parking spot for call in orders and go wait at the door of the restaurant, some one will come get your payment and bring your food. The menu is online as well."
