Customer service is terrible. Food was soggy. And no special sauce on the fries at all. We ordered mild and chipotle but they tasted more like bbq.

Food is good but service is often poor and what even is this wrap?? It usually comes in paper and this one is lopsided and not cut all the way through.

Didn't get any food. Can't get a combo unless it is Tues or Thurs. Clerks not helpful. Place was almost empty Wed during lunch time except for a couple of guys eating in. Not welcoming, can't get a combo, I'll go other places. I'm very disappointed because I love wings.Food: 1/5

I have to admit, the small amount of food I received was delicious. However, paying $8 for a small with extra sauce only got me a container that was three-quarters full. For that price, I expected a full container with more than ten pieces of popcorn chicken, or at least some fries on top! Additionally, the inside of the restaurant had an unpleasant odor.

I typically order the chicken with fries because it’s the best dish on the menu. However, today I decided to try a salad, only to find out they had run out of lettuce. I was disappointed, but the girl at the front was extremely kind and suggested the daily special instead. I decided to go for it, which included Original Hit sauce and Chipotle. Both flavors were fantastic—rich without being overwhelming. I’m still hoping to try the salad in the future, which is the only reason I didn’t give a full five stars. The food is good but I literally had cold pieces of chicken in my order so I know it's all frozen food.My Boss Fries w extra chicken (we paid for nothing smh) order had been sitting there for about 45 minutes before I picked it. Not only was my food cold but the employee lied about the food being ready at 6:30 NOT 5:45.This is a huge deal because when we called those TWO times the employee had assured us that the food was going to be ready at 6:30 since she didn't know how to cancel the order or change the time- communication transparency is super important! I HAD TO AIR FRY MY FOOD AT HOME.2/5 I wouldn't come here again.

The man at the counter was very good with communication. But here’s the issue I have. There are no napkins out, no salt pepper or ketchup for the fries. You have to get the code from them to use the restroom. All I wanted to do was wash my hands. Your a wing spot, and I can’t wash my hands without putting a code into the bathroom door? The food itself was meh. Original Hot Sauce was good but not hot at all and it didn’t stick to the wings. The Cajun fries were good but would have been much better if they were hot. Won’t be going back for the above reasons. Felt like they assume their clientele were children who can't handle open access to a bathroom or condiments.

I was sold the moment I heard about the cinnamon toast crunch shake. I stopped by today and met the team, and I must say, I’m impressed—quite a feat! The place has a great atmosphere, a good size, and a laid-back vibe. The service was excellent, and the shake? Absolutely phenomenal! I’m definitely planning to return next time I’m driving by, and this time I’ll make sure to stop for lunch or dinner and order more than just the shake. If you’re wondering whether to give it a try, don’t hesitate—just drop in and grab a bite. And whatever you do, DO NOT forget to order a cinnamon toast crunch shake with your meal. Dine in!
