"Lovely restaurant. We were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday and the staff was very accommodating. They had a table set up with happy birthday signs and they brought out a delicious dessert with a candle. I recommend the wedge salad. It was huge and delicious. I couldn’t even finish it. I had the Chilean sea bass and my boyfriend had the New York strip; both were delicious. The staff was also very nice and everyone wore masks. My only complaint is the dress code. Even though it says business casual many people in the restaurant came in with shorts, baseball caps; very casually dressed . I thought I was at an Applebee’s! A couple even came in with a three-month-old baby in a carriage. I know that the restaurant probably didn’t want to refuse people because they need the business but it really did bring down the tone of the restaurant. My boyfriend and I were dressed up and it would have been nice to see other people dressed that way also"

Struggling I suppose. Not busy but the service doesn't have to suffer. Host stand abandoned at pm even though we made a reservation. Then server ignored us for minutes after we finished eating

On a subsequent trip to the Palm, I was deeply insulted by the hostess and will not be returning to this location. Well the way it is bartenders and host or wonderful it just takes one person to run an experience
