The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The food was served hot and was delicious. The spicy Bloody Marys were exceptional! The atmosphere is very nice and clean.

The food here is truly outstanding, and the staff is very friendly. However, be prepared to wait a bit, as this isn't a fast-food place like Waffle House. Everything takes some time to prepare.

It was my first time dining here, and it certainly won’t be my last! Gabby provided exceptional service, and the food was fantastic. Those mimosas were incredible! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to this wonderful restaurant—you definitely won’t be disappointed! I hope you get to experience Gabby's outstanding service as well!

This is the first time we went to Roots. The food was good but a little pricey for what you actually get, probably due to the rising cost and inflation. The staff were friendly. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is because it took quite a while to beseated, especially when there were 3 open tables. Food took a while but you can tell it was fresh. We visited this restaurant back in March for my birthday. We discovered it by accident when the wait to our original choice was over an hour. But let me tell you it did not disappoint! The fabulously expansive mimosa menu to the wonderful breakfast, itcouldn't have turned our day around any faster. The pleasant waitress recommended me what is now my new favorite mimosa and if Icould have it every day for the rest of my life I could probably die happy! I went out for breakfast with my family. The dining area is a bit small, but there are enough tables to accommodate guests. The food was good, and I appreciated the variety of options available. While the dishes weren't extraordinary, they were well-prepared and tasty. We tried the mimosas, which come in several flavors, and they were fantastic—so delicious! Our server, Gabby, was excellent at taking our orders. She was quick, clear, and very sweet. I really hope they keep her on staff; she’s great at what she does. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience, which is why I'm giving it 5 stars.

I had been wanting to visit The Roots Restaurant for quite some time, and I'm glad I finally did. The location isn't the most prominent, as it's tucked away on Melbourne Court, which might be overlooked by drivers passing through downtown Melbourne. There have been some decent dining options in that area over the years. I've tried a few breakfast dishes at Roots, primarily the breakfast burrito, and I've also enjoyed the classic plate with two eggs, bacon, potatoes, and toast. The service has been excellent, and the staff is very helpful in suggesting menu items you might not have considered. They've mentioned their chicken biscuits, which I might try next. The coffee isn't my favorite, but... Voir le carte
