I love their ice caps! I usually ask for extra whip cream, especially because her whip cream is the best!

Many of the reviews for this restaurant are fake, so don't trust the high rating. Most of the staff members are very slow and unnecessarily rude. Avoid this place and go to another restaurant instead. They lack respect and customer service.

My coffee mocha was terrible and so was my chicken panini. The coffee mocha tasted watered down and the cheese was only partially melted on my sandwich. The timbits are old and hard to chew. This was my first time at this location and it will definitely be my last. Voir le carte

The coffee and service were excellent at this restaurant. However, there were some issues with the sausage on my breakfast sandwich. The first time, it was partially frozen but I still ate it because I was hungry. When I returned a week later, the sausage was cold.

Avoid this restaurant if you are looking for a snack like the ones shown in the pictures. It seems that there has been a decline in the food quality due to changes in management. The staffs have been extremely rude and we were shocked by the poor quality of the food that we received. Additionally, they have been skipping items in our orders, so be sure to check before leaving. It is best to consider other dining options as there is a high likelihood of having a negative experience. Also, they do not provide receipts to prevent customers from reporting issues to Tim Hortons. Be cautious and be aware of the potential for a disappointing meal.

This restaurant is always busy, with long lines but quick service. The lady in the drive-thru was nice, polite, and professional. However, my coffee had too much creamer in it, making it undrinkable. Despite this, I was pleased with the customer service. Normally I go to the one in Rochester, but it was too busy today. I decided to stop at this location on my way to work since there were only a few cars in line, which was unusual. However, as soon as I got in line, 7 or 8 cars pulled in behind me. The lady at the window even asked how I was doing and said good morning, showing good customer relations. This kind of service is sometimes necessary and appreciated.
