Toast - Carte

We visited this restaurant for dinner last Saturday night, and I was shocked at the changes since my last visit. It seems Toast has new management, and unfortunately, the quality has taken a nosedive.

I came from work to enjoy a salad as I did many times before. Today I was greeted and sat and then forgotten. The guy who sat me took a table he left me. I'm sorry if I wasn't dressed, I'm coming from work to enjoy a bite. Condemn someone else. I'm done here.

The restaurant has a vibrant and spacious atmosphere, complete with a visible kitchen. The food is quite tasty; I had the salmon, which was perfectly cooked. The calamari appetizer was impressive as well—definitely a generous portion! Our server was very friendly. Voir le carte

The food here is incredibly delicious. I had grilled salmon topped with a lemon caper sauce, served alongside mixed vegetables and rice. The sauce truly elevated the meal with its fantastic buttery flavor. The prices are higher than average, which is why I gave it 4 stars, but it's definitely worth a visit!

With plenty of outdoor seating available, we're sticking to dining outside due to Covid. I ordered the BLT, and it was fantastic—definitely one of the best I've ever had. As you can see from the picture, it was loaded with deliciously crispy bacon, which I absolutely love. It also came with a refreshing side salad, dressed perfectly. I can't wait to go back! Breakfast in the morning. The service was okay, the food was terrible. What potatoes? I've ever had that. One page ordered sausage and there was ZERO presentation. The sausages looked like cockroaches. You could say that the potatoes were sitting there for a while and were only fried deep. It sat 2 dogs next to us, and the owner began to eat the dog from the plate and drink water from the glass. Here's DISGUSTING. Never come again.

My friend and I loved TOAST! The hotel is located in Novato, CA (Marin County). It was unique and great food. The walls look like toast. The food was great! The tables were small for all plates and two people. There were pretty wells outside with mosaic tiles. The prices seemed a bit high, but perhaps comparable to the area. I had Cinnamon French Toast, with strawberries and Bacon. My friend had a mushroom omelet with vegetables and truffle oil. Worth the trip.

We love brunches and we tried many of them in Marin. But we tried this today after the reviews. But honestly, we felt overestimated. We had to wait an hour for our order. They didn't know exactly what we ordered and we're vegetarian, but we got bacon when the order came to ask for a lot. My wife had ordered Benedikt, but it was missing extra Avacado, but they put it in the bill! Kellner said her espresso machine was broken, then her food ticket broke. Man, it was exciting... we're never gonna get this place again. The food was not bad, but the service is unsatisfactory. Never again. Voir le carte
