"We use to love Newnan Newks. We either would go there or order pick up. What we love: Food was always fresh and cooked perfect Orders were always correct. The center table bar was always stocked with croutons, roasted garlic, peppers, cheese. There was bread sticks. As of recent the food quality has slipped. The potatoe soup might as well be flavored water. Potatoes were nowhere to be found. No sour cream. The Newks Q Barely had chicken with minimal bacon. The white bbq sauce is a important feature in the sandwich. The biggest disappointment . The table in center now sits empty. They have the occasional crouton, rock hard garlic. But hardly ever stocked correctly with quality products that use to be there.. Whatever the problem, I highly suggest Newks fix it. Or simply declare the table closed. But if it's there you should ensure that it is properly stocked. Until this is true... We won't be back."

"I want to give a higher rating but I can’t. Came here to celebrate my husbands birthday. Even with notes in the reservation and candles sitting on the table that I brought myself there was no mention of it. Food was good but very expensive. They are using their Summer menu- as stated directly on the menus. I ordered a berry cocktail that tasted pretty bad but it is right on the menu that alcohol sales are final. So I didn’t drink it. Our server was ok. She was nice but just going through the motions. The restaurant dining room looks nice but the restrooms! Yikes! They are giving 70’s bathroom with pink and baby blue tiles! Eek. Time for some renovations."

"My husband and I finally got around to trying Positano! We went on a Sunday afternoon. We both like different things on our pizzas, so I got a Capricciosa (ham, mozzarella, tomato sauce,mushrooms, artichokes, and black olives . (Photo is attached. Hegot a meat pizza, the Bresaola. The pizza was delicious! Finding a pizza like this in our area is difficult, but I know where togo now. What I love about this style of pizza is that you can taste all the ingredients and they are not covered up by too muchcheese or tomato sauce. Of course, with two large pizzas, we had a lot left over, but you can get boxes to go.The seating wascommunity style at big tables, which was ok on a quiet Sunday, but could be crowded when full, with the huge pizzas! I alsoenjoyed a glass of wine, and later a Macchiato coffee, which was also excellent! We didn't get dessert, but maybe next time. Ihighly recommend this place!"

The service stood out as one of the highlights, receiving a solid 4 out of 5, with attentive staff who were prompt and friendly. As for the atmosphere, it was average, rated at 3 out of 5, providing a comfortable but unremarkable dining environment. Overall, it was a pleasant lunch experience worth the price."

"The staff is always very polite and friendly. The food however, is way too salty for my family. Even my 17yo complained of it being too salty and we couldn’t finish our plates. We ordered the St. Louis style dry ribs. The last time I ordered them they were too salty for me to finish but I wanted to give them another try. I’ve had the fried catfish and shrimp a couple times, nicely fried but also too salty.The smoked cabbage is delicious. The mac and cheese is not very flavorful and kind of mushy. I don’t care for hush puppies but I love theirs. So unfortunately, for me, their food is a hit or miss. If they cut the salt, they would be my favorite local eatery."
