"I grew up in Spanish Harlem and have lived in Astoria, Queens. I found this restaurant to be quite mediocre—I’d describe the tacos as Caucasian. The pork was tough, and the chicken was dry, tasting like it had been frozen. The birria broth lacked the rich Mexican flavors that I'm accustomed to and truly love, which was very disappointing. I can't recommend this place unless you're a fan of just salt and pepper. Additionally, I opted not to order the guacamole because it's priced at $5.55, the same as a taco—what is that about? I could easily go to Chipotle, Dos Toros, or another spot in Astoria for fresh guacamole that's $2-3 cheaper. You have potential; just get it together!"

The photo is incredibly misleading. The tortillas weren't crispy, and the garnishes didn't taste or look fresh. While the tacos were mediocre, they didn't include the sauce or stew, which is essential for enjoying birria tacos! Additionally, I ordered maduros, but they never arrived either. I tried reaching out to the restaurant for assistance, but they completely ignored my calls. I'm really disappointed and won’t be ordering from here again.
