"My dear friend and I meet for lunch at least once a month. We wanted to try something new so we explored what looked popular on her side of town, and we wanted something that neither of us had been to Coasters Brew Pub met all that criteria. The menu is pretty carried and definitely more than the average tavern menu. I had a shrimp basket and upgraded to onion rings. It was ok. The shrimp were tender but I found the breading to be a little too heavy and therefore not quite done in the middle. The cocktail sauce was delicious and spicy. TheOnion rings are the real deal, and tasty. Coleslaw came with the basket as well, and sadly I didn't care for it. It was too dry and didn't have much flavor. My friend had the French dip burger assuming it would be something other than a hamburger with aus jus, it wasn't as far as she was concerned. She said the burger was good, the bun was fresh, but she thought there would be something more to it. They have a full bar, and TVs, it would probably be a great place to watch a game. The staff was really sweet and attentive. It was tidy, clean and cute inside as well and true to it's name, it made me miss the beach!"
