"I have been patient with this location for far too long. It is time I say something. I do not want free food, or apologies, I want accountability for this location. Today, I observed the boys working in drive thru playing and talking instead of working. Girl on cell phone working drive thru and took a moment to open window to take my payment . When was it ever appropriate to have a personal phone when working customer service? I have been waiting 20 minutes at the window, and just got told to go up to second window to wait some more. I ordered a hamburger, medium fry, and small coke. This is unacceptable service and management needs to understand they are managing kids. It is their job to teach these children how to present themselves in a professional manner, and keep them in line, as well as creating repercussions for those who do not work, or act professional. I worked at a McDonald’s as a teen and it would have been bag out the window in 5 minutes or less."
